Deleting the account takes four steps: your password, a download of all your data, an email with a link that works once for two hours, and one last confirmation. After that, nothing can be restored.

Who can delete the account, and where#
Path: Settings › Security › Sensitive zone › Delete the account.
Sensitive zone is a closed section: press its title to open it.
Only the owner of the account sees it. It does not appear to the rest of your team, nor when MoveMembers support looks at your account on your behalf. It sits below Reset the account, on purpose: if you only want to start again, the reset keeps your account.
If you only want to start again#
Path: Settings › Security › Sensitive zone › Reset the account.
Reset the account deletes every member, coach, class, booking, payment and membership, and keeps your account, your plans, your currency and your business type. Also clear my set-up goes further. The reset is confirmed by an email to the account holder as well, and it only happens when the button in that email is clicked.
To keep a copy of your data without deleting anything, use the export in Settings › Data & history.
Troubleshooting
What is erased, and what cannot come back
Everything in the account is permanently deleted: members, classes, bookings, payments, memberships, settings, performance results, conversations and their messages, support messages and their files, and the email history. There is no trash and no delay, and support cannot restore any of it. Only one line remains, saying that the account was deleted and when. Automatic backups made before are not edited: they disappear as old backups are removed.
The software signs you out, and a confirmation email is sent to the address of the account.
