What happens during my trial, and when does it end?

What the trial is#

A new account can start with a trial of a paid plan, with no card. The top bar shows a pill that names the plan and the days left in your trial, and in the window Choose your plan the card of that plan reads Your trial.

At sign-up you can choose Stay on Free, no trial. The account then starts on Free, with no pill, no banner and no trial emails.

The banners in the last days#

In the last days, a banner on the Dashboard gives the end date and compares your active members with what the Free plan covers. If Free is enough for now, it says so. Keep my gym running opens the window Choose your plan, Compare plans is the second action, and Later hides the banner for the day.

The day before the end, the banner turns red and a window titled Your trial ends tomorrow repeats the message.

When the trial ends#

If you did not pick a plan, the account moves to Free. A banner tells you that your trial ended, that you are on Free now and that nothing was deleted, and it invites you to pick a plan. It shows once: closing it hides it for good.

Your data stays as it was. What changes is what the plan covers: the member limit of Free, and the features that belong to a paid plan. The automations that need a feature you no longer have pause, and they start again exactly as they were the day you pick a plan again.
