Is the whole software in Thai, or only the website?
The software: staff screens, the member space, the booking page, automatic messages and receipts. Text you write yourself, like class names, stays as you wrote it.
Can my staff use Thai while I use another language?
Yes. Each person picks their language on their own account, and changing yours changes nobody else's.
Can Thai members read in Thai and the others in their own language?
Each member reads their own language. If you write your own messages in two languages, a member with no language set gets both, one under the other.
Do receipts show Thai correctly?
Yes. The PDF is printed in a font that covers Thai, and receipts carry your tax ID once you enter it in Settings.
Is it free in Thai?
Yes. Thai is on every plan, including Free up to 20 active members.
