Gym software for the Philippines
Built around GCash, not around a card reader.

Most Filipino gyms are paid before class, by wallet transfer, and the proof arrives as a screenshot in a chat. The software that fits is not the one with the best card processing, it is the one that turns that screenshot into a payment on a member's file without anyone typing it twice.
How your members actually pay
The gym uploads its own GCash QR once. The amount is shown beside it in large type, because a personal GCash QR does not carry one, and the member pastes the reference so the desk can match the transfer to the booking.
Same mechanism as GCash, declared as its own method so the receipt says what the member actually used.
Stripe, where the gym has an account. Card is rarely the main channel here, and the software does not assume it is.
Recorded at the desk with a receipt, like any other method.
What is different in the Philippines
- Class seats can be held until the payment is confirmed, which is the whole point when nobody pays at the door
- The member's proof of payment carries a reference the desk can match, instead of a screenshot with a first name
- WhatsApp and SMS reach members who do not use LINE, and email carries the receipt
- Free forever up to 25 active members, then ฿1,990 a month up to 100
Interface language: English, with the interface available in ten languages if a coach prefers another one.
Billed in THB.
Gym software for the Philippines, answered.
Yes. GCash is a declared payment method: the gym stores its own QR once, the amount is displayed beside it, and the member pastes the transfer reference so the desk can match it. Nobody can verify a personal GCash account automatically, so confirmation stays with the gym, and the software makes that one click instead of a manual search.
Yes. A gym can hold a class seat until the payment is confirmed, rather than confirming on booking. It is a setting, not a rewrite, and a gym that never turns it on behaves exactly as before.
In US dollars today: the Philippines has no dedicated grid, so it falls to the reference market. Free stays free, Pro is ฿1,990 a month and Max ฿3,990. What your own members pay you is in pesos, and that has nothing to do with our invoice.
Not today. The interface is available in ten languages, which do not yet include Tagalog. Most Filipino gyms run their desk in English, and we would rather say this plainly than ship a machine translation of a screen your staff uses every hour.
Give your gym the software it deserves.
