Drag bikes and landmarks onto the room, or generate rows, a grid or a fan. Number the spots, mark one out of order, and add a photo of the equipment. Create your own types, such as a Reformer or a Rower.
Three steps, then the map runs with your timetable.
Draw the room
Start from a grid, staggered rows or a fan, then number the spots and mark the ones out of order. Each spot has a type, such as Bike or Reformer.
Turn it on for a class
Set spot choice to Optional or Required on the classes that use the room. A class left on Off books exactly as before.
Members pick their spot
When they book, members tap a free spot on the map, and the spot appears in their confirmation and reminders.
The member side and the staff side
The same map, seen from both sides of the desk.
Members choose their spot
Members see the room as it is, with the front, the coach and the door, then tap a free bike and book it. A photo of the equipment shows what they are booking.

Staff run the class from the map
At check-in, the session map shows who sits where. Tap a person to check them in or move them, block a broken bike for one session, and print the map for the coach.

The spot is in every message
The confirmation and the reminder carry the spot, by email and LINE, so nobody asks which bike is theirs.
Spots given out on their own
People who book without picking a spot get one a set number of minutes before class: their usual spot, otherwise the free spot nearest the front. Someone who comes off the waitlist gets a spot at once, and guests sit next to the person who booked them.

A studio that leaves spot choice off sees no change at all

Spot booking is included in Pro and Max. On the Free plan, classes book without a map.
Yes, on the classes where you turn spot choice on. Members see the room map when they book and tap a free bike, reformer or station. Their usual spot is pre-selected when it is free, and a taken spot cannot be picked.
Can I add photos of my equipment?
Yes. Each type of equipment, such as Bike or Reformer, can have a photo, and a single spot can have its own photo and a short note, like next to the window. Members see them when they tap a spot.
What happens with the waitlist?
When a place opens and someone comes off the waitlist, they get a spot straight away: their usual spot if it is free, otherwise the free spot nearest the front.
What if a bike breaks on the day?
Block that spot for the session from the session map. If someone had booked it, they are moved to the nearest free spot first and told about it. For a longer repair, mark the spot out of order on the room map and nobody can book it.
Can staff move a member to another spot?
Yes. On the session map, tap the person, choose Move, then tap a free spot. The member gets a message with the new spot. Staff can also seat someone on a spot kept for staff only.
Does the spot appear in the reminders?
Yes. The booking confirmation and the class reminder, by email or LINE, show the spot next to the class name, for example Bike 6.
Which plan includes spot booking?
Spot booking is included in Pro and Max. On the Free plan, classes book as usual without a map, and a studio that leaves spot choice off sees no change.
