Prajiad colours, kru levels, or your own list

Most gym software has one grading model, borrowed from a belt sport it was not written for. Muay Thai gyms need their own.

A grade belongs to a discipline, not to a preset the software ships with. You write the ladder once, whether that is a set of prajiad colours, kru-assigned levels, coloured belts, or no grading at all for a gym that does not grade.

A fighter who also trains BJJ or boxing keeps a separate grade for each discipline, and promoting one never moves the others.

Every promotion is stored with its date, the discipline it belongs to and the coach's note, so a year later you can still read why somebody moved up.

Nothing about this is Muay Thai specific in the code: it is the same customisable ladder martial arts schools use for kyu, dan and belt systems, which is exactly why it can hold prajiad colours without anyone building a special case for them.

Your own ladder, not a preset

Prajiad colours, kru levels, coloured belts, numbered classes, or no grading at all. You type the list once, per discipline, and the gym runs on it.

A promotion that leaves a trail

Every grading is stored with its date and the coach's note, so a year later you can still read why a fighter moved up.

One profile, several disciplines

A fighter who also trains BJJ or boxing keeps a separate grade for each: promoting one never touches the other.

A regular, a drop-in and a trial, on one catalogue

A gym that teaches every day sells more than one thing: a monthly membership, a ten-class pack, a single session for somebody passing through.

Subscriptions, class passes and credit packs sit in a catalogue you write yourself, and several can live on the same profile at once, each with its own price, validity and credit count.

Credits come off when a session is booked and go back in full if it is cancelled, so a drop-in and a monthly member are handled by the same system without a workaround bolted on.

Freezes matter here too: a fighter who leaves for a camp or an injury pauses the membership with a reason, and the end date moves back by exactly the days it was frozen.

That is one line in the settings, not a phone call to the desk.
  • Monthly memberships, class packs and single drop-in sessions on the same catalogue, priced by you
  • Several products live on the same profile at once, each with its own price, validity and credit count
  • Credits come off at booking and go back in full when a session is cancelled
  • Unlimited passes with nothing metered, for a fighter who trains every day
  • A membership frozen with a reason, its end date pushed back by exactly the days it was frozen
  • Numbered PDF receipts, in your own currency and tax details

Pad rounds fill first, and the kru is attached to the class

Capacity is where gym software written for a different sport usually breaks first.

Capacity lives on the session and can be overridden on a single date, so a busy Saturday takes more without touching the recurring class underneath. When a session fills, the waitlist books the next fighter and tells them the moment a place opens.

Trainers are attached to the sessions they take, so attendance and pay both know who was actually on the mat, not just whose name is on the class.

Capacity per session

Twenty on technique, thirty on pad rounds, a hard cap on sparring night. Overridden on a single date without touching the recurring class.

A waitlist that fills itself

When a session is full, the next fighter is booked and told the moment somebody drops out.

A kru per session

Trainers are attached to the sessions they actually take, so attendance and pay both know who was on the mat.

Cash, PromptPay, LINE, and a QR at the door

Most of a Muay Thai gym's money and messages do not move the way software from elsewhere assumes.

Cash, bank transfer, PromptPay and card are all first-class payment methods, and you choose which ones your desk offers; every payment lands on a numbered PDF receipt.

Check-in works two ways: staff search a name or phone and tap once, or a kiosk screen shows a QR code that a member scans with their own phone to open their check-in page.

Said plainly: that kiosk QR opens a shared check-in page, it is not a personal QR badge issued per member. If a gym needs one code per fighter to scan at the door, that is not built yet, and it is better read here than found out after signing up.

Ten interface languages are chosen per person, Thai and English included, so a Thai kru and a foreign student read the same data in their own language. LINE connects from your gym's own official account with replies landing in a shared inbox, and WhatsApp templates reach members who trained here and flew home.

  • Kiosk self check-in: a member scans the screen's QR with their own phone and taps themselves in
  • Seconds-fast check-in at the desk, searched by name or phone
  • Cash, bank transfer, PromptPay and card as first-class payment methods, your choice which ones you offer
  • Interface picked per person, in ten languages including Thai and English
  • LINE connected from your own official account, replies landing in a shared inbox
  • WhatsApp templates for members who trained here and went home, plus SMS and email

What Muay Thai gym owners ask before they switch.

Is there muay thai gym software that handles grades and drop-ins, not just monthly billing?

That is what this is. Grades run on a ladder you write yourself, whether that means prajiad colours, kru levels or plain numbered classes, and every promotion keeps its date and the coach's note.

Alongside that, monthly memberships, class packs and single drop-in sessions sit on the same catalogue, so a regular and someone dropping in for one class are both handled without a workaround.

Can a fighter train Muay Thai and another discipline on the same profile?

Yes. A member carries a main discipline and as many secondary grades as they train, and promoting one never moves the others. A gym running Muay Thai alongside BJJ or boxing keeps one profile per person instead of one system per room.

How does check-in actually work for walk-ins and drop-ins?

Two ways, and both log attendance against the right session. Staff can search a name or phone and tap once at the desk, or a kiosk screen shows a QR code that a member scans with their own phone to open their check-in page.

There is no personal QR badge issued per member today, and the page will not pretend otherwise.

Do you support PromptPay and LINE for a gym outside a big city?

Yes, both as first-class features rather than an add-on. PromptPay, cash, bank transfer and card are all recorded at the desk with a numbered receipt, and LINE is connected from your own official account with replies landing in a shared inbox. WhatsApp templates cover members who trained with you and went home.

Is this the same page as your Muay Thai camp software?

No, and deliberately so. The camp page is written for a coastal camp selling a prepaid week or two to somebody who flies home after; this page is for a gym teaching Muay Thai day in, day out, to a mix of regulars and drop-ins. The two audiences buy differently, so they read different pages.

Can I move my gym over from a spreadsheet or another platform?

Yes, from a spreadsheet, and each member's membership is created as they land. What does not come across on its own is booking history, past payments and old grade records, so plan an evening to set current grades by hand and run the free plan alongside the old system for a few weeks before switching over fully.

Is there a native app my fighters download?

No native app on the stores. The member area opens in a browser and can be added to a phone's home screen, where it behaves like an app for booking, check-in, credits and receipts. Reminders reach members on LINE or by email rather than as a phone push notification.

Your gym is not a spreadsheet with prajiad colours in the margin.

Start free up to 20 active members. Write your grade ladder, set your classes, and check the first fighter in this evening.
