Every Momence cell was read on momence.com, momence.com/pricing, momence.com/features and help.momence.com on 9 October 2026. We have not used their product. Where their pages say nothing, we write that we did not find it, not that they do not do it. Prices and plans change: ask them for a written quote and check our pricing page again before you decide.
What Momence does better, and who should look at it first
Reach is the clearest one. Momence describes a consumer app in the stores, with studios appearing to nearby customers when they are on the plan that allows it. We have no app in the stores, so we have nothing like it inside one, and a studio that lives on walk-in discovery in a Western city may care a lot.
The second is the branded app. Momence says it can build an app around your brand, in the stores. Our members use a web app on the home screen, which is simpler to run and has no push notifications.
The third is the breadth of marketing tools their features page lists: sequences, newsletters, an AI inbox, community posts and an on-demand video library. We cover reminders and automations, and we do not claim to match their full list.
Why this page does not compare the two prices
Momence's pricing page asks you to talk to them. Without a published figure, any comparison of price we wrote would be a guess, and the owner of a gym deserves better than a guess.
Ours is public. Up to 20 active members it is free with no time limit, Pro is $99 a month up to 200 members, and Max is $199 a month with no member cap. In Thailand a gym is billed in baht, and we take no commission on bookings or members.
When you ask Momence for a quote, ask in writing what is included: the branded app, payment processing fees, the number of staff and locations, and what happens to the price as your member count grows. Then put the answer next to our grid.
Pick the one that matches where your members find you and how they pay
Choose MoveMembers if your members are in Thailand or Southeast Asia, pay by PromptPay or in baht, and live on LINE, if you want a Thai interface for staff and members, or if you want to start free under 20 active members and see every price before you speak to anyone.
Choose Momence if you run boutique studios such as yoga, pilates or dance in a market where customers search for studios in an app, if a branded app in the stores matters to you, or if you want its marketing sequences and newsletters in the same product.
What MoveMembers does not have: no native app in the App Store or Google Play, no personal QR card per member, and no automatic importer from another vendor. Moving is done from a file of members.

How much does Momence cost?
We do not know, and their pricing page does not say: it invites you to talk to them. We read it on 9 October 2026. Ask for a quote in writing, including what the branded app and payment processing cost.
Does Momence support LINE or PromptPay?
We cannot answer for them. We read their home, features and pricing pages on 9 October 2026 and found no mention of LINE, PromptPay or Thailand, which does not mean they are not available. Ask them directly before you decide.
How reliable are the Momence statements on this page?
They were read from Momence's own public pages on 9 October 2026 and written as the pages state them. Features and plans can change at any time, which is why the table carries its date. If something no longer matches their site, tell us and we will correct it.
Can I move from Momence to MoveMembers?
By hand. There is no automatic importer from another vendor. You export your members and memberships, then import the member list from a CSV file. Booking history and past payments do not come across on their own, so run the free plan alongside for a few weeks first.
