Boxing gym software for coached classes, open hours and class cards
A boxing gym sells more than a monthly pass: a ten-class card, a first session, pad work with a coach. Each of those has its own price and its own count, and the floor has its own limit. Built with gyms in Bangkok, free up to 20 active members.

Coached classes and open training share one floor
Set a coached class and an open training hour up as separate sessions, each with its own time and its own number of places. Members book the one they want from their phone. When a session is full, a waitlist moves up on its own, and the first person in line is messaged when someone cancels in time.
A sparring session is another session with its own cap. The coach is attached to the sessions they actually take, and a busy Saturday can take a different number of people without touching the recurring class underneath.
A number of places per session
Twenty on technique, fewer on pad rounds, a hard cap on sparring. Set it per session and override it on one date.
A waitlist that fills itself
A full session takes a queue instead of overbooking. The first name moves up when a place opens.
Open hours are sessions too
Open training sits next to the coached classes on the same timetable, with its own limit.
A monthly pass, a class card and a first session on one catalogue
Boxing gyms rarely sell one thing. You write the catalogue yourself: a monthly membership, a ten-class card, a single session for somebody passing through. Several can live on the same profile at once, each with its own price, validity and number of classes.
- Credits come off at booking and return in full if the booking is cancelled before your cut-off
- An unlimited pass with nothing metered for the member who trains every day
- A membership frozen with a reason, its end date pushed back by exactly the days it was frozen
- A discount with a reason attached, kept against that card
- Cash, bank transfer, PromptPay or a card through your own Stripe account, each with a numbered receipt
- A member's row shows which pass or card they hold and how many classes are left
Let people try a session without creating an account
Open a trial session that anyone can book from your public link. The visitor picks a session, types a name and a way to reach them, and holds a place. The desk sees the new name on that session's list and can sell a membership or a card under the same name straight away, so a first session turns into a sale instead of a name on a scrap of paper.
Levels you write yourself, and one-to-one pad work
Boxing does not grade the way a belt sport does, so there is no preset to fight with. If your gym uses levels such as novice, intermediate and advanced, you type that ladder once. If it does not grade at all, you leave it empty. Each promotion is stored with its date and the coach's note, and a member who also trains another discipline keeps a separate grade for each.
One-to-one pad work with a coach is an appointment, not a class. It is sold as a pack, a private session can be closed to other people for that slot, and two appointments cannot overlap on the same coach.
Check-in, juniors and LINE
- Staff search a name or phone and tap once, or a kiosk screen shows a QR code that opens the check-in page on the member's own phone
- Your own waiver text, signed with a finger at the desk and kept as a PDF
- A minor's profile carries a guardian's name, phone and relationship
- Members sign in with LINE, and confirmations and reminders come from your own Official Account
- Replies from members land in one shared inbox
- The interface runs in 15 languages, picked per person, Thai and English included
No fight records, and no bag reservations
MoveMembers looks after the timetable, the members and the money. It does not match up bouts, it does not store a fighter's record, and it cannot reserve a particular bag or piece of kit in advance. The kiosk QR opens a shared check-in page. It is not a personal badge issued per member. If you need those, they stay in whatever you use today.
Questions owners ask
Can a boxing gym keep open training apart from coached classes?
Yes. They are set up as separate sessions, each with its own number of places, and members book them like any other class. It cannot reserve a particular bag or piece of kit in advance.
Do you track fight records or amateur bouts?
No. MoveMembers looks after your timetable, members and payments. A fighter's record and matching bouts stay in whatever your coaching team already uses. What it can store is the level you give a member, with the date and your note.
How do I sell a ten-class card?
Write the card in your catalogue with a price, a validity and a number of classes, then sell it at the desk or let the member pay from their own space. Each class booked takes one credit off, and a cancellation made before your cut-off gives it back in full.
Can a first-timer book a session without an account?
Yes. Open a trial session on your public booking link. The visitor picks a session and leaves a name and a way to reach them. Their name appears on that session's list, and you can sell them a card afterwards without typing anything twice.
Does it work with PromptPay and LINE?
Yes. PromptPay, cash and bank transfer are recorded at the desk with a numbered receipt, and cards go through your own Stripe account. LINE connects from your own Official Account, and replies land in a shared inbox.
