Member progress tracking that shows people how far they have come
Every member gets a dated log of their results, records and body readings, on their phone and on their file at the desk. Your team fills in a whole assessment sheet on one screen, each line shows the reading before it, and the member sees how far they have moved. You choose what is measured, a ready-made pack gets you started, and the leaderboard is optional. This page says what the software does today, and what it does not.

A log that keeps the shape of every result
A notebook can hold a line that says back squat 80. It cannot tell you whether 80 beat last month. Here every measure carries three things: a category, a way of scoring and a direction for what counts as better. That is what lets the software work out records, draw a progress line and rank people, instead of storing loose text nobody can compare.
A member logs a result from their phone, or your team logs it on the member's file. What was typed is kept exactly as written, and a value the software can calculate with is read from it. When a result cannot be read, nothing is guessed: it stays in the journal, and it stays out of records and leaderboards.
Measures that fit your activity
You decide what is measured. A measure is scored in one of these ways:
Each measure also says which direction is better: higher, lower or neutral. A deadlift goes up, a 5 km run goes down, and a plank hold is a time you want to be long, so the direction is a choice you make and never something guessed from the type. Neutral is for readings that have no good direction, such as a waist measurement.
You can group measures under your own headings, such as Body composition and Body measurements, and members see them under those titles. A measure either sits on an assessment sheet or stands alone as an ordinary result in the journal.
- Weight, for lifts and other loads
- Time, entered as minutes and seconds
- Reps, rounds plus reps, distance or calories
- A number with decimals and a unit of your choice, such as body fat in per cent, a forward fold in centimetres or hip mobility in degrees
- A level taken from a list you write yourself, for example Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Athlete
- Free text, for what cannot be measured. It is kept, and never compared
Seven ready-made packs, added after a preview
Pick the pack for your activity, look at what it adds, then add it in one step.
| Pack | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Body assessment | Seventeen measures in two groups. Body composition: weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, bone mass, BMR, metabolic age, body water and a fitness level. Body measurements in centimetres: abdomen, waist, hip, lower hip, inner thigh and both upper arms |
| Mobility and core | Plank hold, forward fold, hip mobility and single-leg balance |
| Strength and benchmarks | Back squat, deadlift, bench press, the Fran and Murph workouts and a 2 km row |
| Martial arts fitness test | One-minute push-ups, sit-ups and burpees, and a 1 km run |
| Swimming | Timed freestyle swims over 25 m, 50 m, 100 m and 400 m |
| Dance flexibility | Front split, side split and back bend, each measured as a gap in centimetres |
| Climbing | Top grade and hang time |
Adding a pack only adds the measures you do not already have, and never changes the ones you do. A new studio starts with the pack that matches its activity. Units and directions in the packs are plain defaults that you can change. You can also write your own measures, hide the ones you do not use, or pick from a library of common lifts, benchmark workouts and tests. Pack names and measure labels are available in English and Thai.
Assessment sheets, filled in on one screen
For pilates, yoga and wellness studios, an assessment sheet takes the place of the paper form. A sheet is a named list of measures split into sections, such as Body composition and Body measurements. The Body assessment pack comes with one, and you can build your own. Your team fills in a whole sheet on one screen:
Each sheet has three settings. It is filled in by your team only, or by your team and the member. You can ask it to prompt your team to repeat it every few weeks, and the member's file then shows when the next one is due, or since when it is overdue. And you choose what the member sees of it: values and notes, values only, or nothing, which keeps the sheet for your team. You can put sections and measures in the order you want, by dragging them or with the up and down buttons.
On the member's file, the assessments of a sheet read as a table with a row for each measure, a column for each date and a Change column that gives the last assessment minus the first. The table shows the six latest dates, and a phone gets cards and a row of date buttons instead. Open a measure to see its chart over time, with every value listed underneath. A change is coloured only when you have set Higher or Lower for that measure, and a level shows as a step, for example Beginner to Intermediate.
Body measurements are treated differently on purpose. They never receive a record badge or a record message, never count towards records of the month, and never appear in a leaderboard. A member's best weight means nothing, so the screen shows the latest reading. Whether higher or lower is better only changes the colour of the change, and a neutral measure gets no colour at all.
A coach can attach a progress photo to a body reading on the member's file. It stays with that member's own record and is never shown to another member.
- Open the member's file, pick the sheet and the date, and fill in every line. Enter takes you to the next line
- Under each line sits the value from the previous assessment, which shows the coach exactly what the new reading is set against. The unit sits inside the field, and a level is picked from its list
- Set a goal for the member and write the coach's note, then press save once. Any empty line is skipped
- A value that cannot be read as a number is kept as typed, and your team is told how many could not be read
- Reopen an assessment later to correct it, or delete it
Records that mean something
A result is a record when it beats every earlier result of the same measure, in the direction you set. Repeating the same number is not a record. Rounds plus reps are compared on rounds first and then on reps, so 18 rounds beats 17 rounds and 9 reps.
In a CrossFit studio the Rx and Scaled versions of a workout are kept as two separate tables, because a scaled Fran does not beat an Rx Fran and cannot be beaten by it. Other kinds of studio do not see those two words at all. Records are worked out again whenever a result is added, changed or deleted, so deleting a year's best hands the record back to the one before it.
When a result beats the previous best, the member is told on screen. You can also switch on an optional automatic message for a new personal record. It is off until you turn on a channel for it. For weight measures, the member's record screen shows 50 to 95 per cent of their best, rounded to the nearest 2.5 kg, so the programme's percentages need no calculator.
A leaderboard each member can leave
Each measure that can be ranked has its own board, in the member area. It lists each member's best result under their name, can be narrowed to the last 30 or 90 days, and for a class you can look at the board of the session you just attended. A member's own line stays visible even when they are far down the list.
The leaderboard is switched on by default, and you can turn it off in Settings under Performance. Members are told once that they appear under their name, and each one can take themselves off from their own profile. A member who has opted out can still read the boards and keeps all their results. Body measurements, neutral measures and levels are never ranked.
What your members see on their phone
What a member sees follows the setting of each sheet: values and notes, values only, or nothing. A sheet set to nothing never reaches the member at all, and a sheet filled in by your team only is read-only for them.
- A Progress screen with an Overview, a Results view and, where you run a leaderboard, a Ranking view
- On the Overview: the goal their coach set, their most recent assessment plus the three measures that changed the most since the first one, the coach's note, their records and their past assessments. The note appears only when the sheet shows notes to members
- A Compare view: pick any two dates of a sheet and read each measure side by side with its change. A level reads as one step, for example Beginner to Intermediate
- A chart of every measure over time, with the values listed below it, so the same numbers can be read without the chart
- A button to log a result, with a keypad that matches the measure: weight, minutes and seconds, reps, or a level to pick. On a sheet filled in by your team and the member, they go through its measures section by section and save as they go
- A card on the home screen for seven days after the coach records a new assessment, which opens it
- The workout of the day, where your studio publishes one, so a result can be logged straight from it
- Edit and delete on the results they entered themselves. A result your team entered is marked as logged by the studio and cannot be changed from the member area
What your team does with it
On each member's file, records come first, followed by the list of results. Your team can add a result, correct one, or delete one, and the form says plainly when a typed value cannot be read as a number. A goal and a level can be kept on the same file.
After a class, a coach can enter results for the whole room in one sitting. Choose the measure, then type one score per person who was there. A row left empty writes nothing, so people who were absent are simply skipped.
You turn the module on or off in Settings under Modules, with one switch. While it is off, the Performance page in Settings only points you back to Modules. When it is on, Settings under Performance holds the rest: separate switches for the member files, the member area and the leaderboard, one for whether members can log results themselves and one for celebrating a new best. Free-text measures, which let members log something that is not on your list, are off by default because a free entry cannot be compared. A studio that works by appointment starts with the module switched off, and one switch turns it on.
Included on every plan
Progress tracking is not a paid add-on. It is part of the product on every plan, including the free one, which covers up to 20 active members. Nothing in this page needs an upgrade.
What it does not do
- Readings are typed in, by your team or by the member. There is no connection to smart scales, body scanners or watches
- Charts are drawn per measure and per member. There is no screen that analyses assessments across your whole membership, and the Compare view looks at two dates of one sheet, not at two members
- It does not verify what a member types. A result a member enters is their own word
- It is lighter than a specialist workout-tracking product. If daily programming and benchmark analysis are central to how you coach, read the comparison with Wodify
Questions owners ask
Can I track body measurements without ranking my members?
Yes. Body measurements are never ranked, never earn a record badge and never appear in a leaderboard. Your team fills in an assessment sheet on the member's file, each one dated, and the member sees the latest reading and how it has moved since the first. Higher or lower only colours the change, and a neutral measure gets no colour.
Can my team fill in a whole assessment at once?
Yes. Pick the sheet and the date on the member's file and fill in every line on one screen. The previous value is shown under each line. Set a goal, write the coach's note and save once. Empty lines are skipped.
Can members compare one assessment with another?
Yes. On their phone a member chooses any two dates of a sheet, then reads every measure side by side with its change. Their Overview also shows the most recent assessment plus the three measures that changed the most since the first. What they see follows the sheet's own setting: values and notes, values only, or nothing.
Does it work for pilates and yoga, or only for CrossFit?
It works for both. Pilates and yoga studios use the Body assessment and Mobility and core packs, with levels, measurements and plank or balance times. The Rx and Scaled wording only appears in a CrossFit studio. Martial arts, swimming, dance and climbing each have a pack too.
Can members see each other's results?
Only on the leaderboard, and only for measures that can be ranked. It shows each member's best result under their name, and each member can leave it from their own profile. Body measurements, levels and progress photos are never shown to another member.
Can members enter their own results?
Yes, from their phone, with a keypad that matches the measure. They can edit or delete what they entered themselves. A result entered by your team is marked as logged by the studio and cannot be changed from the member area, so the coach's reading stays as it was written.
What happens to a result the software cannot read?
It is kept in the member's journal exactly as typed, and it stays out of records and leaderboards. The software never invents a number. Your team sees how many results could not be read, and can open one and rewrite it, so a typing slip does not quietly become a record.
Do I have to pay extra for progress tracking?
No. It is included on every plan, including the free plan for up to 20 active members. The member area it lives in is part of the same product. You switch the module on or off in Settings under Modules.
