MoveMembers vs Wodify, read from their own pages, with where Wodify goes deeper
Wodify grew up around CrossFit boxes and its strength is tracking what athletes lift and score. MoveMembers is built for gyms and studios in Thailand and Southeast Asia, with booking, payments, LINE and Thai in one product. The Wodify figures come from their public pages as read on 9 October 2026; ours come from the pricing grid the product bills with. On workout tracking, they go further and we say so first.

In short: MoveMembers is booking, membership and payment software for gyms, studios and camps in Thailand. It is free up to 20 active members, then Pro costs 2,490 baht a month and Max 4,990 baht. It connects to your own LINE Official Account, records PromptPay payments and runs in 15 languages.

Wodify's site did not let our page reader open it directly on 9 October 2026. The Wodify cells come from the text of wodify.com and help.wodify.com pages as a search returned it that day, not from opening them, so check wodify.com/pricing yourself. We have not used their product. Where their pages say nothing, we write that we did not find it, not that they do not do it. Prices change: check each pricing page again before you decide.
Where Wodify goes deeper, and who should look at it first
Workout tracking is the clear one. Wodify is built around the whiteboard: results by workout, personal records on lifts and benchmark sessions, streaks, and a leaderboard that can run on a TV in the gym. If your coaching depends on programming a workout every day and reading the scores, a specialist like this goes further than we do.
We handle the everyday level, which is enough for many boxes. Coaches publish the workout, athletes log it as Rx or scaled, records are flagged and each measure has an optional leaderboard. We do not claim the depth of analysis Wodify describes.
Wodify also layers growth and billing tools by tier, with lead management, family groups and email campaigns in the middle one and a custom website in the top one. Those sit behind quotes, so we cannot put a number beside them.
Per location on one side, per gym and by member count on the other
Wodify prices by location: Essentials starts at $79 a month for each location, and the two higher tiers are quote-based. We price by gym and by active members: free up to 20, Pro at $99 up to 200, Max at $199 with no cap.
For one location with a small crew, Wodify's $79 entry is below our Pro at $99, but our free plan costs nothing below 20 members. For a gym that wants performance tracking, Wodify places it in the Ultimate tier, which has no published price.
The two lists are not like for like. The features in each tier differ, payment fees are not the same, and Wodify Payments is not listed for Thailand. Open both pricing pages and compare them against what your gym uses every day.
Pick the one that matches how your gym coaches and how your members pay
Choose MoveMembers if your members are in Thailand or Southeast Asia, pay by PromptPay or in baht and live on LINE, if you want a Thai interface for staff and members, or if you want to start free under 20 active members.
Choose Wodify if you run a CrossFit-style box in a country its payments cover, if daily workout programming and benchmark analysis are central to how you coach, or if you want a store app with leaderboards.
Some boxes run a specialist tool for the workout side next to a business tool. What MoveMembers does not have: no native app in the stores, no personal QR card per member, and no automatic importer from another vendor.
Questions owners ask
What is the biggest difference between Wodify and MoveMembers?
Focus and market. Wodify centres on workout tracking and is priced per location in US dollars, with its payments covering a list of countries. MoveMembers centres on running a gym in Thailand and Southeast Asia, with LINE, PromptPay and Thai from a free plan, and a lighter workout log.
Is Wodify better for CrossFit than MoveMembers?
For workout tracking depth, yes, on what their pages describe: records on lifts and benchmark workouts, streaks and a leaderboard. We log Rx and scaled results with flagged records and an optional leaderboard, which is enough for many boxes but lighter. If tracking is your first need, look at Wodify first.
Does Wodify support PromptPay or LINE?
We cannot answer for them. In the pages we read on 9 October 2026 we found no mention of PromptPay or LINE, and Thailand is not among the countries listed for Wodify Payments, which does not mean they cannot be used with another setup. Ask them directly before you decide.
How reliable are the Wodify figures on this page?
They come from Wodify's public pages as returned to us on 9 October 2026, and their site did not let our page reader open it directly. Prices can change at any time, so check wodify.com/pricing yourself. If a figure no longer matches, tell us and we will correct it.
Can I move from Wodify to MoveMembers?
By hand. There is no automatic importer from another vendor. You export your members and memberships, then import the member list from a CSV file. Workout history and past payments do not come across on their own, so run the free plan alongside for a few weeks first.
