Your gym speaks every language your people do.
Multilingual gym management software. The owner, the front desk and each member pick their own language, and nobody sets it for anyone else.
Example · One booking, shown to three people
Pick a language under any card. Only that card changes.
The owner reads
The front desk works in
The member receives
The same booking, at the same moment. Each person reads their own language.
One language per person
Language is a setting on the person, not on the account. Three people, three settings, and none depends on another.
The owner
Picks the language of their own screen in Settings, under Languages. It does not change anything for the team or the members.
The team
Each person works in their own language, from their own login. On each profile you can also set the language of the alerts that person receives. If you set none, alerts follow the language of their own screen.
Each member
A member's language is on their record, under Receives messages in. Members can also pick it themselves in the member space, and their messages follow.
What is translated
The software ships in 12 languages. Here is what follows each person's language.
The app
The software itself, for you and for each person on your team.
The member space
Members book, cancel and read their receipts in the languages your studio serves, and switch with one tap.
The public booking page
The page you share with newcomers offers a language switch for the languages your studio serves.
Automatic messages
Booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist and renewal emails go out in the member's language. Reminders and renewal messages follow the same rule on LINE.
Receipts
The receipt email is written in the member's language. A receipt always stays in a single language, never stacked.
Team alerts
Alerts to your team go out in the language set on each person's profile, or in the language of their own screen.
Two languages at once
Your studio can write its messages in two languages. Choose them in Settings, under Messaging.
- A member with a language on their record gets that language only.
- A member with no language on their record gets both of your languages, one under the other, in the same message.
- A studio that writes in one language sends that one.
Example: a member with no language set, at a studio that writes in English and Thai.
A studio in Bangkok, in four steps
An example, not a client story: one studio with three languages in the room.
The owner reads English.
They run the studio in English.
The front desk works in Thai.
Their screen is in Thai, and their alerts follow it.
Members read three languages.
Thai, English and French. Each member's language is on their record.
Nobody translates a message.
The built-in messages go out already in each member's language.
Where another tool is the better answer
A language per person is not for everyone. Here is where to look elsewhere, and what we do not do yet.
Everyone in your studio reads one language. If the owner, the team and every member read the same language, a tool built for that language is enough. You do not need a language setting on each person.
You need a right-to-left language. Arabic and Hebrew are not among the 12 languages the software ships in.
You need a language outside the 12 we ship. Japanese is one example.
What we do not do yet
The names and texts you write yourself stay in the language you wrote them. Class names, plan names and the text of a message you write (a group message, an automation) are not translated. Only the frame around that text follows the member's language.
A studio writes its messages in two languages at most.
The help center is written in English.
Booking confirmations sent on LINE exist in English and Thai only. In any other language they go out in English.
A receipt is one language, and its PDF is printed in a font that covers Latin and Thai scripts. For Chinese, Burmese or Khmer, the receipt email is the readable copy.
Language questions, answered.
Can each member pick their own language?
Yes. A member can pick it in the member space, and the choice is saved on their record. You can also set it from their profile, under Receives messages in. Their messages follow it.
Can the owner and the staff use different languages?
Yes. Language is a setting on each person. The owner can read English while the front desk works in Thai, and neither changes the other.
What about LINE messages?
Reminders and renewal messages on LINE follow the member's language, like email. One limit today: booking confirmations on LINE exist in English and Thai only, so in another language they go out in English.
What happens if a message does not exist in a member's language?
The whole message goes out in English, not half translated.
How many languages does the software speak?
It ships in 12 languages, and the member space and the automatic messages exist in all of them. The text you write yourself stays as you wrote it.
What does a member with no language set receive?
If your studio writes in two languages, both, one under the other. If it writes in one, that one. A member with a language on their record gets that language only.
In which language do my team's alerts arrive?
In the language set on each person's profile. If none is set, in the language of that person's own screen.
Give every person their own language.
