MoveMembers vs Gymmo,
read the bill, not the headline
Gymmo is cheaper than us between our free ceiling and 50 members, and this page says so first. Their entry price is 809 THB a month on their annual plan, billed as 9,709 THB a year. Then online booking is 539 THB more a month, and card payments 539 THB more again. We do the arithmetic on both sides, with the source and the date, so you can redo it yourself in three minutes.
All Gymmo figures on this page were read from gymmo.app on 14 August 2026
Cheaper on the plan, more expensive on the same scope
Up to 25 active members we are free and they are not. Between that ceiling and 50 members they are the cheaper line: 809 THB a month on their annual plan, against 1,990 THB for our Pro plan. The moment you want members to book online and pay by card, their pricing page adds 539 THB and 539 THB a month on top, and adding those three lines gives 1,887 THB a month, which at 50 members is still less than we charge. Both of those functions are already inside our price, and inside our free plan. Cross into their 51 to 300 band and the same three lines become 1,799 on their annual plan plus 899 plus 1,349, so 4,047 THB a month, while our bill stays at 1,990 THB up to 100 active members. One extra member is what moves it.
MoveMembers vs Gymmo, line by line
| Feature | MoveMembers | Gymmo |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Zero up to 25 active members, then one flat tier.No card and no countdown on the free plan, then 1,990 THB a month up to 100 active members. There are three zones and the middle one is theirs: up to 25 active members we are free and they are not, above our free ceiling and up to 50 members their plan is the cheaper line, and from member 51 our bill stops moving while theirs steps up a band. | 809 THB a month on their annual plan, which their page bills as 9,709 THB a year. That is the Studio 0 to 50 tier as published on gymmo.app/pricing, read on 14 August 2026. Divide the yearly figure by twelve, 9,709 over 12, and you land on the 809 printed at the top, so the monthly number on their page is the annual commitment rate rather than the cost of one month. A higher yearly figure is struck through beside it, and no month to month price is named anywhere on their site, so ask them what a single month costs. And 809 covers the plan alone. |
| Online booking | Included in every plan, including the free one.Online booking and the member portal are a single capability in our code, set at plan level zero, so members can book before you pay us anything. There is also a public booking page per gym, for someone who found you on Google and has no account. | Sold as a paid monthly add-on on top of the plan.Their pricing page lists Web booking at plus 539 THB a month on the 0 to 50 tier, plus 899 on 51 to 300 and plus 1,619 on 301 to 1,000, read on 14 August 2026. Those three are quoted per month only, with no annual figure beside them, so we cannot tell you what the add-on costs alongside an annual plan. What the option covers is not described on their public pages either, so ask for the scope in writing. |
| Card payments | Part of the base software, not an option you switch on.Members pay by card through your gym's own Stripe account, the money lands in your bank, and we take no commission on it. Stripe's own fees still apply, and which local methods appear depends on what Stripe has approved for your company. | Sold as a paid monthly add-on on top of the plan.Credit card payment is listed at plus 539 THB a month on the 0 to 50 tier, plus 1,349 on 51 to 300 and plus 2,699 on 301 to 1,000, read on 14 August 2026. Here too the prices are quoted per month only, with no annual equivalent shown. No payment provider is named on their public site, so ask who processes the payments and what each transaction costs you. |
| The same scope at 50 members, booking and card payments included | 1,990 THB a month, with both already inside. There is no third line to add, and the number does not change the day you switch booking on. | 1,887 THB a month, and that total is our addition rather than a price they print. We added the three lines their page publishes for a 0 to 50 gym: 809 for the plan on their annual rate, 539 for Web booking and 539 for Credit card payment, all read on 14 August 2026. The plan line is an annual rate while the two add-ons are only quoted per month, so the mix of bases is theirs and we flag it rather than smooth it over. At this size the total is still below our 1,990 THB, so they win on price here. |
| The same scope at 51 members | 1,990 THB a month, unchanged. Our Pro tier runs to 100 active members, so member 51 costs nothing extra. | 4,047 THB a month, the same three lines one band up, added by us again.Member 51 moves the gym into their 51 to 300 band, where the plan is 1,799 a month on the annual rate, Web booking 899 and Credit card payment 1,349, read on 14 August 2026. Their plan on its own at that band is 1,799, still under our 1,990 THB: the gap only opens once online booking and card payments are added to it. |
| Member cap, and what happens at the ceiling | 25 active members free, 100 on Pro, no cap on Max.Only active members count, so archived and frozen records do not push you up a tier. Go over and nothing is deleted: an import is never refused, the deadline shows on screen from the first day, and after the grace window only the actions that add a member, send a message or take a payment pause. Reading, scheduling, check-in and exports keep working. | Three bands by member count, labelled Eligible Members per Gym Branch. The bands are 0 to 50, 51 to 300 and 301 to 1,000, with an Enterprise tier priced on request. Their site does not say whether the count is active members or all records, nor what happens the day you cross a band, so ask before you sign. |
| Several sites | One account, several rooms, on the Max plan at 3,990 THB a month with no member cap.Members, memberships and payments stay in one place, so a member who trains in both rooms is one record. Staff access is set by role rather than by room: eight permissions, switched on or off for each role, and they apply across the whole account. If you need a receptionist who can only touch one site, we do not do that today. | Their member caps are labelled Eligible Members per Gym Branch, and their contact form asks for your number of locations.Whether the price is charged per site is not stated on their public pages as of 14 August 2026. Ask before you compare totals. |
| Free plan | Free forever up to 25 active members. No card, no expiry date. It is not a demo account either: it is the same software with fewer features than the paid tiers, and booking, the member portal, LINE, kiosk check-in and staff permissions are all in it. | A 30 day free trial is advertised on their pricing page.No permanent free plan is mentioned there as of 14 August 2026, and the conditions of that trial are not published, so we cannot tell you whether it is self-serve or whether it includes the paid add-ons. |
| How you sign up | Self-serve, no call required. You create the account yourself, import your members from a CSV file and run a real class the same afternoon. | Through a sales conversation. All four Select Plan buttons on their pricing page point to their contact form with the tier as a parameter, checked in the page source on 14 August 2026, and the button next to the 30 day free trial is labelled Get Demo. |
| Setup and migration cost | Nothing to pay to start, and you do the import yourself.Members come in from a CSV file with a template built into the software. There is no automatic importer from any competitor, ours included in that honesty, so plan a real afternoon for it. | No setup, onboarding or data migration fee is mentioned anywhere on their public site as of 14 August 2026.That is not a claim that there are none. It means a prospect does not find the answer before talking to their sales team, so ask for it in the first call. |
| LINE | Sent from your gym's own official LINE account, included from the free plan. You paste your own channel keys in Settings, members link their LINE once from their member page, and twelve transactional messages are then available, each switched on or off channel by channel. | Not mentioned anywhere on their public site as of 14 August 2026.We read ten of their public pages, including the pricing page in English and in Thai, and found no occurrence of LINE. Treat that as unverified rather than a no, and put the question to them directly. |
| Local payment habits | Your own Stripe account, so the money lands in yours first.Which local methods appear depends on what Stripe has approved for your company, and cash or bank transfers are recorded at the desk. | A Transfer Slip line appears under their financial management features, which is the bank transfer receipt workflow Thai gyms use.PromptPay is not mentioned on the ten public pages we read on 14 August 2026, and neither is any payment provider. |
| Member app | A web member page, nothing to install, and that is the row where we are weaker. Each gym gets its own address, members add it to their home screen, and there is also a public booking page that works without an account. If your members expect to find you in the App Store, they will not. | Two native mobile apps, one for members and one for staff, included in all plans. They are published on the App Store and Google Play, read on 14 August 2026. Their feature list also includes waitlists, Pick-a-Seat and Pick-a-Trainer, and we have no seat map on our side. |
| Interface languages | Ten interface languages, each person picks their own.English, Thai, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Burmese, Portuguese and Khmer, member page included. A Thai front desk and a foreign owner work in the same gym without either of them switching. | Their website is published in English and in Thai, prices included, and both versions are complete.Read on 14 August 2026. Ask them which languages the software itself runs in if your front desk reads neither. |
| Getting your data back out | A full export, any time, on every plan including free.Settings gives the manager a one click dump of everything the gym holds in the software, plus a CSV export of your member list, and a backup can be emailed to you automatically every week or every month. | No export, backup, integration or accounting feed is described on their public site as of 14 August 2026.That is not the same as saying none exists. It is exactly the kind of thing to ask about before you put five years of member history somewhere. |
| Contract terms | Billed monthly or yearly, and yearly is ten months paid for twelve. The free plan has nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to pay. | We could not read them.On 14 August 2026 the page served at their terms and conditions address returned privacy policy content, and no commitment length, cancellation term or refund policy was published elsewhere on their site. Ask for the contract in writing before you sign it. |
| Who you are buying from | A small team on Asian hours, and you talk to the people who write the software. If the way you run your gym does not fit, that is a conversation rather than a support ticket. There are fewer of us, which cuts both ways. | A Thai company with a Bangkok office and a Thai phone number.Gymmo Healthtech Co., Ltd. publishes an address at Rasa Tower B, 555 Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak, along with hello@gymmo.app and +66.996.163.666, and their privacy policy states that Thai law applies. |
Every Gymmo figure on this page was read from their own public pages on 14 August 2026 and is quoted as published, most of it from gymmo.app/pricing. Where their site says nothing on a subject, we write that it is not mentioned rather than claiming they do not do it. Two things we name every time: the monthly plan prices they print are annual commitment rates, since the yearly figure divided by twelve gives exactly that monthly number, and every total on this page is our own addition of their published lines, not a price they quote. Their page says nothing about VAT, nothing about whether a price covers one site or several, and it lists their branded application option twice with two different prices, so we quote no figure for it at all. Vendors change their pricing, so open their page and check it against ours before you decide.
Do not take our word for the arithmetic
Open their pricing page in one tab and ours in another. The whole comparison is seven steps, and it takes longer to read this page than to check it.
- Read the plan price for your member count on their pricing page. At 0 to 50 members it was 809 THB a month on their annual plan on 14 August 2026.
- Divide the yearly figure printed beside it by twelve: 9,709 over 12 is 809. The monthly price they show is the annual commitment rate, which is worth knowing before you compare it with anything.
- Look just below the included features on the same card, under the heading Add-on features. Web booking and Credit card payment each carry a plus sign and their own monthly price, with no annual figure beside them.
- Add the three lines yourself, because their page does not print a total. At 0 to 50 members that is 809 plus 539 plus 539, so 1,887 THB a month, one annual rate plus two monthly ones.
- Do the same for the tier above yours, because the bands are 0 to 50, 51 to 300 and 301 to 1,000. At 51 members the same three lines come to 4,047 THB a month.
- Now read our pricing page. Online booking and card payments are not on it as options, because they are in the plan, and the free plan runs to 25 active members.
- Ask both vendors the same three questions in writing: what one month costs with no annual commitment, what happens the day you cross the member cap, and what the notice period is.
Which one should you sign?
You want online booking and card payments in the price rather than beside it, you are between 51 and 100 active members, where the same scope adds up to 4,047 THB a month on their side against our 1,990 THB, or you want to try the software before you talk to anyone. It also fits if your members run their lives on LINE and you want messages leaving from your gym's own official account, or if you want to start at zero: 25 active members free, with no card and no expiry date.
You are between our free ceiling and 50 members and the lowest published monthly number is what decides it, because at 809 THB a month on their annual plan they are cheaper than our Pro plan, and they stay cheaper at that size even with both add-ons counted in. You want a seat map for your classes, since Pick-a-Seat is on their feature list and is not on ours. You want a member app and a staff app published on the App Store and Google Play, rather than a member page that runs in the browser and gets added to the home screen. Or you simply prefer a vendor who walks you through the setup on a call before you touch the software.
What switching actually involves
There is no one click importer from Gymmo, and we are not going to invent one. Moving is a file, an afternoon and two accounts to reconnect. Keep your current tool running while you do it, since our free plan has no time limit.
- Export your members, memberships and schedule from your current tool
- Import the members into MoveMembers from a CSV file, using the template in the app
- Reconnect your own Stripe account, so card payments land in your account and not in ours
- Paste your own LINE channel keys in Settings, so messages leave under your gym's name
- Rebuild your weekly schedule once, with a capacity limit and a waitlist per class
- Run one real class on both systems and compare the attendance list at the end
- Keep paying the other vendor until you are convinced, then cancel with them, not with us
- Take your data out again in full, whenever you want, if we do not work out
