Gymmo, Chatuchak
Gymmo Healthtech Co., Ltd. publishes an address at Rasa Tower B on Phaholyothin Road, a Thai phone number, a site in English and Thai, and prices in baht only. Six things a Bangkok gym deals with
None of this is about Thailand in general. It is about paying city rent on a room that has to be full at the right hours.
Rent is paid by attendance
You pay for the room whether nine people show up or fourteen. A twelve person class that runs with nine is not a rounding error at Bangkok rent, and an empty spot in a class that had a waiting list is money that left before the class started.
The spot freed at 17:40
Someone cancels twenty minutes before the class because the traffic did not move. Whether that spot gets taken depends entirely on how fast the next person hears about it, and at 17:40 nobody at the desk is free to send messages.
No front desk to stand at
Condo gyms and mall studios rarely have someone at a counter. The member comes out of a lift, walks in, and the attendance list is whatever the coach remembers writing down afterwards.
Your room keeps someone else's hours
Building maintenance days, a mall that closes early, a public holiday the landlord observes and you do not. Every one of those has to reach members before they travel across town for nothing.
The front desk changes every few months
Reception staff turn over here, and access to member data cannot depend on who happens to be trusted this quarter. A new person has to be useful on their first shift without being handed the revenue reports.
The second room opens before you planned it
A unit two BTS stops away comes up and you take it. Then the same member books at both, staff cover both, and two separate spreadsheets stop being an option.
Built for the way classes fill and empty here
The class refills itself, if you let it
Set a capacity per class and a waitlist behind it. Automatic promotion is a switch in Settings, on by default: when someone cancels at 17:40 the next person is moved in and told, so the 18:00 class can still run full without anyone watching a screen.
Every door leads to the same booking
Members book from their own page, a first-timer books from a public page with no account to create, and your staff book at the desk. All three go through the same engine, so capacity, closures and cancelled sessions hold identically whichever door they came through.
Everyone reads their own language, and sees what you allow
Ten interface languages, chosen per person rather than per gym, member page included. Check-in, bookings and attendance are open to any staff member who signs in; everything heavier sits behind one of eight permissions, set per role, in every plan including the free one.
Taking a payment and seeing the revenue behind it are two separate permissions, so a new receptionist can cash up at the counter without the takings being on screen.

How long before a Bangkok gym is actually running on this?
An afternoon for a single site. You create the account yourself, import your members from a CSV file with the template in the app, build one week of the schedule with a capacity limit per class, and open the doors. Nothing here needs a sales call.
The parts that take longer are the ones you choose to switch on afterwards: connecting your own Stripe account for card payments, and pasting your gym's LINE channel keys in Settings so messages leave under your name.
Most gyms run one evening class on it first, keep their old system alongside for a week or two, and move the rest once the attendance lists match.
We already use a local vendor. What does moving involve?
Manual work, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no automatic importer from any competitor, local or foreign. You export your members, memberships and schedule from your current tool, then import the members here from a CSV file.
You reconnect two things yourself: your Stripe account, so card payments arrive in yours, and your LINE channel keys, so messages leave under your gym's name. Keep paying your current vendor while you test, since our free plan has no expiry date, and cancel with them only once you are convinced.
We are opening a second studio two BTS stops away. What changes?
Multiple sites in one account are on the Max plan, at 4,990 THB a month, which also removes the member cap. Members, memberships and payments stay in one place, so someone who trains at both rooms is one record and not two.
One limit to know before you plan around it: staff access is set by role for the whole account, not room by room, so a permission you grant applies in both places.
Until the second site opens, Pro at 2,490 THB covers a single gym up to 200 active members, so there is no reason to pay for the bigger plan early. Worth knowing when you compare quotes: some vendors bound their member cap per gym branch, so read whether a price you are given covers one room or all of them.
Half our people are visitors who will never install anything. Can they book?
Yes. Every gym gets a public booking page that works without an account, so a hotel guest or a first timer can take a spot in Saturday's class from a link you send or a QR code at the door.
It runs through the same booking engine as your members, so class capacity, waitlists and closed days all apply the same way and nobody can overbook a class through the side door.
If the email they enter is already on your member list, the booking is not quietly added to that record: they are recognised and sent to their own member space instead, which is what keeps your list free of duplicates.
What happens the day we go past the free plan's member cap?
You see it coming and nothing is deleted. The free plan covers 20 active members, and archived or frozen records do not count towards it. Go over and the deadline shows on screen from the first day, so nobody discovers the problem at the counter.
When the window closes, only the actions that add a member, send a message or take a payment stop. Reading your data, running the schedule, checking members in and exporting your data keep working, and an import is never refused for taking you over the cap.
