Short answer. One Muay Thai camp: FightBook. A gym selling class packs and living on LINE: MoveMembers. A Thai chain with turnstiles: FitzHero. A boutique studio: Vibefam. A multi-sport venue: Rezerv. An international chain: Glofox or Mindbody.

Who wrote this, and how the list is ordered

MoveMembers publishes this page and sells one of the seven products on it. Worth knowing, because the vendor who writes a comparison usually finishes first in it.

The seven are ordered by the size of gym each one is built for, smallest first, read off the caps each vendor publishes for itself. It is announced so you can check it, and it is not a ranking. Price could not have ordered the list: three of the seven publish no baht price, and sorting on price would have meant inventing a rate.

Every competitor figure below was read on that vendor's own site on 10 September 2026, and the date is repeated in each entry. Where a vendor publishes no price, this page says so.

The seven side by side

These eight columns are why the table exists: comparisons written for this market tend to rank features that are identical everywhere. Yes and No are what each vendor's own pages said on 10 September 2026. Partly means it exists and is incomplete. Not verified means we could not see it, which is not the same as absent.

1. FightBook Thailand

Built for. One Muay Thai camp that wants its bookings out of a LINE group. Five trainers maximum on every paid plan.

Starting price. ฿299 a month on the home page, ฿990 a month in the terms of service. Both read on 10 September 2026.

What it does well.

  • The lowest paid entry of the seven, with no contract and cancellation at any time.
  • LINE is the normal channel: reminders go out on it, and the camp connects its own official account.
  • A free document generator for the Thai DTV visa, aimed exactly at the foreigner who comes to train.

The honest limit. It stops where running a gym starts: five trainers, no money collected by the software, no recurring billing, no till, no access control. And 299 baht on the home page against 990 in the terms leaves real doubt about the bill in six months.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: Partly. The site and the trainer dashboard switch, but blocks stay English.
  • PromptPay: Yes. Listed in the payment block on the home page.
  • LINE: Yes. Reminders, and your own LINE official account.
  • GCash: No. Not found on the site, the terms or the privacy policy.
  • Free plan: Yes. The terms describe a free plan with no time limit.
  • Member app: No. Claimed as a choice: it runs in the phone browser.
  • Indexable booking page: Not verified. A link and a QR exist, no gym page in the sitemap.

2. MoveMembers

Built for. An independent gym, camp or studio selling class packs rather than card-on-file subscriptions, taking cash at the counter, talking to members on LINE. Free to 20 active members.

Starting price. Free with no time limit, then ฿2,490 a month for Pro (200 members) and ฿4,990 for Max. Billed in baht, per account, not per location.

What it does well.

  • LINE on every plan, the free one included, through the gym's own official account and on the gym's own bill.
  • The PromptPay QR is generated with the amount already inside it, so nobody types a number at the counter.
  • The interface exists in 10 languages including Thai, and so do the messages and receipts a member receives.

The honest limit. No app in the stores under your gym's name, no per-member QR card at the door, no public API and no accounting sync: you export a file for your bookkeeper. If you want your own icon on a member's phone, buy elsewhere on this list.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: Yes. 10 interface languages, and the member messages too.
  • PromptPay: Yes. The QR is generated with the amount inside it.
  • LINE: Yes. Every plan, through the gym's own official account.
  • GCash: Yes. Declared transfer: your QR, the member pastes the reference.
  • Free plan: Yes. No time limit, up to 20 active members.
  • Member app: No. A web space installable to the home screen, no store.
  • Indexable booking page: Yes. One permanent address per gym, left indexable on purpose.

3. FitzHero

Built for. Fitness centres, yoga and pilates studios, boxing gyms and multi-branch chains, in the vendor's own words. A Thai product with a Thai address.

Starting price. ฿1,900 a month, read on 10 September 2026, with a six-month minimum. Class booking starts at ฿3,700, personal training at ฿5,500.

What it does well.

  • A Thai product written in Thai from the start, with a postal address and a local mobile number in the footer.
  • Hardware access control is part of the offer: gate, face terminal, card reader, visitor management.
  • Thirty days of trial without a card, the longest of the four vendors here that publish one.

The honest limit. The real entry ticket is not 1,900 baht. A gym that simply wants its members to book classes takes the 3,700 tier, with six months of commitment and no free plan anywhere. Comparing FitzHero at 1,900 with a booking product compares two different things.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: Yes. The original language of the site, English alongside.
  • PromptPay: No. Not found on either version of the site.
  • LINE: No. A sales contact account only, no product integration found.
  • GCash: No. Not found on either version of the site.
  • Free plan: No. Thirty-day trial, then a six-month minimum.
  • Member app: No. A web member portal opened on a phone.
  • Indexable booking page: No. The whole sitemap holds six addresses.

4. Vibefam

Built for. Boutique studios: yoga, pilates, dance, martial arts, swim schools. Singapore publisher, one location on the entry tier and two on the next.

Starting price. No baht price is published. The pricing page says all prices are in USD and starts at $89 a month billed annually, read on 10 September 2026.

What it does well.

  • Their clients' booking pages are indexable, and their robots file says so on purpose.
  • A client directory on the main domain, one page per studio. On this point Vibefam does better than MoveMembers today.
  • A dedicated success manager from day one, with a one-hour onboarding call that covers data migration.

The honest limit. Their Thai localisation is stated in an article, not visible in the product. The pricing page read that day carries no baht, no PromptPay and no Thailand, and the local methods it names are Malaysian. That article is from February 2025: a freshness gap, not bad faith.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: Not verified. Their app declares English only, their article claims Thai.
  • PromptPay: Not verified. Claimed in their Thailand article, absent from the pricing page.
  • LINE: No. Not found on the home page, the pricing page or that article.
  • GCash: No. Not found on the pricing page.
  • Free plan: No. Seven-day trial without a card.
  • Member app: Yes. White-labelled, the studio's name on it.
  • Indexable booking page: Yes. Deliberately, on a dedicated booking subdomain.

5. Rezerv

Built for. A venue running several things at once: classes, appointments, padel or pickleball courts, a spa side. Unlimited sites and staff from the second tier.

Starting price. ฿612 a month per location, billed annually, read on 10 September 2026. The next tier is ฿2,320 a month per location.

What it does well.

  • The price is shown in baht natively, with a monthly and annual switch. Vibefam does not do that.
  • Local payment methods are shown as logos on the pricing page, not promised in an article.
  • One month of trial, and a wide feature list: courts, smart locks, face check-in, rentals, gift cards.

The honest limit. The entry tier is a shop window. 612 baht buys one owner account, one location and one active schedule. A gym with two coaches or two rooms leaves it at once, and the next step costs almost four times as much, per location.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: No. A sitemap of about 400 addresses holds no Thai page.
  • PromptPay: Yes. A logo in the local payment block of the pricing page.
  • LINE: Partly. LINE Pay only; messaging not verified, the chat widget is WhatsApp.
  • GCash: Yes. Shown in the same local payment block.
  • Free plan: No. One month of trial on every tier.
  • Member app: Yes. A customer app; a branded one is a paid add-on.
  • Indexable booking page: Not verified. A website builder exists, its hosting domain was not found.

6. Glofox (ABC Glofox)

Built for. Boutique studios and growing chains. Irish publisher, bought by ABC Fitness Solutions in 2022, claiming over 80 countries and 30,000 studios.

Starting price. No baht price. One figure for the whole page, plans starting at $99 per month, read on 10 September 2026, and every named tier is quote only.

What it does well.

  • Thailand is named in their official Stripe country table for card payments, which Mindbody's own list does not do.
  • The branded member app is the heart of the product, included on the top tier.
  • Eighteen interface languages plus a label-renaming system, real depth even without Thai.

The honest limit. No per-tier price is public: one threshold on the page, and all four named tiers sent to a sales call. In Thailand their payments are card only, and the member store takes nothing but cards, in a country where the bank QR is ordinary.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: No. Eighteen languages listed, Thai is not one; a custom translation may be billed.
  • PromptPay: No. Not found on the site or in the help centre.
  • LINE: No. Not found on the site or in the help centre.
  • GCash: No. Not found on the same pages.
  • Free plan: No. No plan and no trial, only a sales demonstration.
  • Member app: Yes. Branded, included on the top tier.
  • Indexable booking page: Partly. Injected into your own site; indexation of it not verified.

7. Mindbody

Built for. Gyms, clubs and sports facilities of every size, up to an enterprise tier. The only one here that runs a consumer marketplace.

Starting price. No baht price. Starting at $79 a month per location, read on 10 September 2026. The three tiers above it are quote only.

What it does well.

  • The only international vendor here to publish a starting figure at all, and it details its directory commission.
  • Its consumer directory brings customers in, and its Bangkok gym pages come back in search results.
  • PromptPay is named on their payments page, which most international vendors do not bother to do.

The honest limit. Thailand is not in their official list of countries where integrated payments are offered: it covers Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. On their own page a Thai gym takes the money some other way. No free plan, no trial.

The local checks.

  • Thai interface: No. The selector offers English, Spanish, French and Italian.
  • PromptPay: Partly. Named on the payments page, Thailand absent from the country list.
  • LINE: No. Not found on the payments page or the integrations directory.
  • GCash: No. Not found on the payments page.
  • Free plan: No. No plan and no trial on the pricing page.
  • Member app: Yes. The consumer app, plus a branded one sold on top.
  • Indexable booking page: Yes. One directory page per gym, indexed for Bangkok.

How to choose, and where somebody else wins

Four questions settle this faster than any feature list. How does the money reach you? If most of it arrives by bank QR, a platform whose member store only takes cards will cost you sales. Where do your members already talk to you? If the answer is LINE, two of the seven speak it and five do not. Who else has to use the screen? A Thai interface is optional while you work alone and compulsory the week you hire someone. What happens if you leave? Ask to see the export button before you sign, not after.

Three rows here do not go to us. The lowest paid entry price is FightBook's. Hardware access control and multi-branch operation are FitzHero's, and we do not cover that ground at all. A directory that actively sends you customers is Mindbody's, with Vibefam's client pages a close second: MoveMembers leaves each gym's own booking page indexable, which helps that gym, but there is no directory behind it. If one of those three is the thing you are buying, buy it.

Then run two checks yourself. Open the trial and take a walk-in who arrives with cash right now, counting the screens it costs. Send yourself a booking confirmation and read the language it arrives in. Ten minutes tell you more than this page can. See also what a software quote hides and the Thailand page.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

FightBook, on the figure it publishes: 299 baht a month on its home page, though its terms say 990. Both read on 10 September 2026. Cheapest is not complete: it stops at five trainers and does not collect the money.

Two of the seven. FightBook sends reminders on LINE and connects your own official account; MoveMembers does the same on every plan, the free one included. Rezerv shows LINE Pay, a payment method rather than a channel. Nothing found for the other four.

MoveMembers generates the QR with the amount inside it. Rezerv and FightBook both show PromptPay on their own pages. Mindbody names it, yet Thailand is absent from its own integrated-payment country list. Nothing found for FitzHero or Glofox on 10 September 2026.

Yes, for the entry tier, read on 10 September 2026. But class booking does not exist below 3,700 baht a month, and monthly plans carry a six-month minimum. A gym that wants class booking compares the 3,700 tier.

Alone, you can live without it. It starts to matter the day you hire a front-desk person, and most of all on the messages members receive: a booking confirmation in English is your gym's face, not a screen only you see.
