Striking, grappling and sparring night on one timetable
An MMA week is rarely one kind of class. Striking on Monday, grappling on Tuesday, a mixed class on Thursday, and a sparring night that only works when the mats are not overcrowded. Each of these is its own round on the timetable, with its own coach, time and number of places.
Students open the whole week on their phone and book what they want. The coach knows how many sparring pairs there will be before the lights go on, because the round was capped at what the mat area carries.
A cap that matches the mats
Set the maximum for the sparring round once. Override it on a single date without touching the recurring class.
A waitlist that moves by itself
When the round is full, the next person queues. If someone cancels before your cut-off, the first in line takes the place and is messaged.
A coach on every round
The coach is attached to the rounds they actually take, so attendance shows who was on the mats.
Let someone try a class before they pay
Someone found the gym on social media and wants one class. Leave a trial round open on the public booking link. They pick the striking or grappling class they fancy, type a name and a way to reach them, and hold a place. No account stands in their way.
The name lands on that class list as a first visit, so the coach sees it before the round starts. If they like it, the desk sells a monthly pass under the same name, with nothing typed twice.
An all-classes pass, a pack and a trial on the same profile
- A monthly pass that covers striking, grappling and sparring night
- A ten-visit pack for people whose evening shifts get in the way
- A one-class trial for somebody who found you online
- Credits come off at booking and return in full if the booking is cancelled before your cut-off
- A membership frozen with a reason, its end date pushed back by exactly the days it was frozen
- A student's row in the member list shows the pass or pack they hold and how many visits are left
Check-in at the edge of the mat
The coach stands at the edge of the mat with a tablet and taps each person as they arrive, or students check themselves in from the web app on their phone. A kiosk screen can also show a QR code that opens the check-in page on the student's own phone. Every check-in is kept in that person's history.
Record a level against each student on their row in the member list. You write the ladder yourself, so it can be novice, intermediate and advanced, or whatever your gym uses. The coach scans down the list and pairs sparring partners of similar standing. The level shows on the member's row, not on the class list itself.
Cash, PromptPay, card and LINE
Record cash, bank transfer and PromptPay at the desk, or take cards online through your own Stripe account. Every payment lands on a numbered receipt. Anyone behind on payment is visible on their row, so the desk knows before they step on the mats and can send a LINE nudge on the spot.
Students sign in with LINE and receive confirmations and reminders from your own Official Account. If someone writes back that they cannot make sparring night, the message lands in a shared inbox. The interface runs in 15 languages, picked per person, Thai and English included.
No bout matching, no fight records
MoveMembers looks after the training timetable, the members and the money. It does not match up bouts, it does not keep a fighter's competition results, and it does not issue a personal QR badge per member. Matching and results stay in whatever your coaching team already uses.
Questions owners ask
Can sparring night be capped to what the mats can hold?
Yes. Set the maximum for that round to match the mat area. When it is full the next person queues, and when a place frees up because someone cancelled before the cut-off, the first in line is messaged and moved in.
Can someone who wants to try MMA once book on their own?
Yes. Leave a trial round open on the public booking link. The visitor picks a class, types a name and a way to reach them, and holds a place in that round. No account stands in the way, and the desk can sell a pass under the same name afterwards.
Can I use the LINE account my gym already has?
Yes. Connect your own LINE Official Account, and students sign in with LINE and get confirmations and reminders from it. When a student writes back, the message arrives in the gym's inbox. LINE is the only two-way channel. WhatsApp and SMS go out only.
Does it match up bouts or keep a fighter's competition results?
No. It looks after the training timetable, the members and the money. Matching bouts and recording results stay in whatever the coaching team already uses.
Is this different from your martial arts page?
They overlap, but they answer different owners. This page is for a gym built around striking, grappling and sparring rounds. The martial arts page goes further into belts across several disciplines, juniors and waivers for a school with a full grading system.
