Fitness gym software that tells the desk who is paid up before they walk in
A fitness gym lives on a few questions asked a hundred times a week. Is this member still valid? Who owes money? Who expires on Friday? This page is about answering those from one list instead of a notebook, a spreadsheet and the memory of whoever is at the desk.

In short: MoveMembers is booking, membership and payment software for gyms, studios and camps in Thailand. It is free up to 20 active members, then Pro costs 2,490 baht a month and Max 4,990 baht. It connects to your own LINE Official Account, records PromptPay payments and runs in 15 languages.
- 10countries, Thailand first
- 15languages, including Thai
- 0%commission on what you collect
Check-in that shows the member's status at a glance
The reception screen is built for the minute when three people arrive at once. You find the member, check them in, and their file already shows which plan they hold, when it ends and whether anything is unpaid. Nobody has to open a second sheet to find out.
If you would rather the desk stayed empty, a tablet at the entrance can run in kiosk mode, so members check themselves in. Either way the visit is counted against the membership or the pack they are using.
- A fast reception screen for check-in and walk-ins
- Kiosk mode on a tablet, included in the free plan
- Each visit counted against a membership or a pack
- A check-in window you set yourself
Plans that end on a date, and a list that warns you before they do
A gym sells time (a month, a quarter, a year) and visits (a pack of ten). Both live in the same catalogue, priced in your own currency, and both sit on the member's file with a start and an end. The list can be sorted by who expires soonest, so the follow-up happens before the member drifts away, not after.
Members can renew from their own area on their phone, or you can sell the renewal at the counter. Either way it is recorded against the same person, so there is one history to read.
Time-based plans
Weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly memberships with a clear start and end date on the file.
Packs and credits
A ten-visit card counts itself down at each check-in, and the member sees how many are left.
Renewals
Members renew online, or you sell it at the desk. Expiring plans are flagged ahead of time.
Importing what you have
Bring your member list in from a file instead of retyping it, then check the first few by hand.
Taking payments, and chasing the ones that did not arrive
Cash and transfers are recorded at the desk, with a numbered receipt that carries your tax number. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you and MoveMembers takes no commission on it. In Thailand a PromptPay QR can be built at the counter with the amount already inside it.
For members who pay by card every month there are two options, and the member chooses. A long membership can be split into a fixed number of monthly card payments that stop after the last one. A membership that simply renews can go on auto-pay, which the member sets up from their own area once you have switched it on in the settings. It is off until you do, and it needs Stripe connected.
When a card payment fails, it appears as an overdue line on that member. The overdue list is the one place to look on Monday morning, instead of reading through a bank statement.
Reminders that go out without anyone typing them
Booking confirmations, reminders before a class and receipts are built in, and they are sent through LINE or email from your own account. Each can be switched on or off by channel. These come with the free plan.
Templates you write yourself, messages to many members at once and automations belong to Pro. WhatsApp and SMS belong to Max, and they only send: a reply does not come back into the system. LINE is the channel that talks both ways.
Reception, trainers and the owner see different things
Staff roles and permissions are part of every plan, so a receptionist can check people in and take payments without seeing the revenue figures. The free plan includes 3 staff accounts; Pro and Max have no limit.
Your logo sits on the sidebar, the member area and the receipts from day one, so what members see is your gym and not a software brand.
What it does not do
- No app in the phone stores. The member area opens in a browser and can be added to the home screen, so reminders come through LINE or email rather than as phone notifications
- No direct debit from a bank account and no bank mandate. Recurring payments are by card
- Reports and insights are part of Pro, not the free plan
- Above 20 active members, adding members, sending messages and taking payments stop until you move to a paid plan. Viewing, check-in and exporting your data carry on
Questions owners ask
What does a fitness gym actually need from management software?
A list of members with the plan they hold and the date it ends, a fast way to check people in, a record of what was paid and what is overdue, and reminders that go out on their own. Everything else is a bonus. That short list is what this page is built around.
Can members pay monthly by card automatically?
Yes, if you allow it. In the settings you can let members set up auto-pay from their own area; it is off by default and needs Stripe connected. It applies to memberships that renew by the week, month, quarter or year.
Packs and credit bundles are not charged automatically. A fixed run of monthly instalments is available as a separate choice.
Do I need a tablet or any special hardware?
No. Reception works on a computer, a tablet or a phone with a browser. A tablet at the entrance is optional, for members who check themselves in.
Can I move my members over from a spreadsheet?
Yes. You import the list from a file, with their plans, and then check the first few records by hand before you rely on it. Your data can also be exported at any time, on every plan.
What does the free plan leave out for a gym?
Reports, message templates, group messages and automations need Pro, and the front-desk shop with stock needs Max. The cap is 20 active members. Check-in, memberships, payments and receipts are all in the free plan.
Does it work in Thai?
Yes. Each person picks their own language, so your team can work in Thai while a member reads their area in English. Prices can be set in baht.
