The one real limit is 20 active members
Only active members count. Archived or paused members do not, and neither does a lead who has not bought anything yet. 20 members is enough for a personal trainer with regular clients, a small studio that has just opened, or a gym that wants to try the system on one class before moving the whole room across.
If you go over the cap, a deadline appears on screen from the first day and nothing is deleted. When the deadline arrives, adding members, sending messages and taking payments stop. Viewing your data, running the timetable, checking people in and exporting your data carry on as before.

Pro is 2,490 baht a month and covers up to 200 active members. Max is 4,990 baht a month with no member cap. Prices are published on the pricing page and shown excluding tax, so there is no quote to ask for. MoveMembers takes no commission on what you collect, and Stripe's own processing fees still apply to online card payments.
How far does the free plan take you?
If you are a trainer with fewer than 20 regular clients, or a studio that has just opened and still needs to see which classes fill, the free plan can last a long time. What gets people out of the paper notebook is booking, counting sessions and taking money, and all three are in it.
If you have a hundred members and want the system to warn people before their pack runs out, that is the reason gyms move to Pro. The decision can wait. Nothing has to be settled on day one.
Setting up takes an afternoon
You create the account yourself, import your member list from a file, lay out one week of classes and send members the link to book. Nobody has to book a call first, and there is no card to enter.
Questions owners ask
Is the free plan really free, or only a trial?
It is free with no end date and asks for no card. There is no countdown. The cap is 20 active members, and what you get in the free plan does not shrink as time goes by.
What happens to my data if I pass 20 members?
Nothing is deleted. You see a deadline on screen from the first day you go over. When it arrives, adding members, sending messages and taking payments stop until you move to a paid plan or bring the number of active members down. Check-in and export keep working.
Can I take payments and issue receipts on the free plan?
Yes. You can record payments at the desk and collect card payments online through your own Stripe account. Receipts are numbered in sequence and can carry your tax number. MoveMembers takes no percentage of what you collect.
Can I use LINE on the free plan?
Yes. Members sign in with LINE, and the built-in confirmations, reminders and receipts go out from your own LINE Official Account. Message templates and group sends are part of Pro, and WhatsApp and SMS are part of Max.
Does the free plan work for a studio that is not a gym?
Yes. It suits gyms, studios, Muay Thai camps, classes with a number of places, and one-to-one appointments such as personal training or EMS. Classes use the booking system, and one person at a time uses the appointment grid.
Do my members have to download an app?
No. The member area opens in a browser and can be added to a phone's home screen, where it behaves like an app. There is no native app on the phone stores, so reminders arrive on LINE or by email rather than as phone notifications.
