MoveMembers vs FightBook:
they are cheaper, and here is when that stops mattering.
FightBook is built for one Muay Thai camp with five coaches, and at 299 baht a month it costs less than our Pro tier. This page says where that is the right call, and where a camp that collects money needs more than a booking link.
Free forever · No credit card · No sales call
We sell one of the two products on this page, so read it knowing that. Everything written about FightBook Thailand was read on their own public pages on the date above and is not re-checked automatically; ask them to confirm in writing before you sign. The section further down names the rows where they beat us, because a comparison that wins every line is not a comparison.

Which one wins for your camp?
If your camp has five coaches or fewer and the only broken thing is that bookings live in a LINE group, take FightBook: it is cheaper than our Pro tier and it was built for exactly that room. Take MoveMembers when the software has to hold money rather than a screenshot of a transfer: memberships that renew, packs that run down, a till at the front desk, and no ceiling on coaches. Free up to 20 active members either way.
MoveMembers vs FightBook, compared
| Feature | MoveMembers | FightBook |
|---|---|---|
| Headline price | Free up to 20 active members, then 2,490 baht a month. | 299 baht a month on their home page, and this is the row where they beat us once you are past our free ceiling. |
| Who collects the money | The software does.PromptPay QR with the amount inside it, cards through your own Stripe account, cash recorded at the desk. | Nobody. The student uploads a payment proof and the camp checks it by hand. They take no percentage of your training fees, which is also true of us. |
| Recurring memberships | Memberships renew from the desk or the member space, receipts are numbered, overdue balances are visible. | Not found on their pages. The product is bookings, classes and packages, and it says so. |
| Coaches | Three staff accounts on the free plan, unlimited on Pro and Max. | Five trainers maximum on all three paid plans, written on the pricing section itself. |
| LINE | Every plan, through the gym's own official account, so the contacts stay with the gym. | The same idea, well executed: reminders on LINE or WhatsApp, and you connect your own LINE official account. |
| PromptPay | The QR carries the amount, so nobody types a number at the desk. | Listed in their payment block alongside Visa. The money still lands with the camp, not through the software. |
| Thai interface | Thai plus nine other languages, including the messages and receipts a member receives. | An EN and TH switch, and the trainer dashboard in Thai per their FAQ.The switch keeps the same address and several blocks stay in English. |
| Front desk | A till on the top tier: gloves, wraps, water, tabs and stock. | None found. There is no point of sale on their pages. |
| Grades and belts | Multi-grade and belt tracking, built with martial-arts gyms that use it weekly. | Not found on their pages. |
| A magnet nobody else has | Guides and market pages, no visa tool. | A free document generator for the Thai DTV visa, with a dated guide. It is aimed exactly at the foreigner who flies in to train, and it works. |
What each one costs, and when we checked
Our prices come from the pricing page you can read right now. Theirs were read on their own public pages on 10 September 2026 and are not re-checked automatically: ask them to confirm in writing before you sign.
| Feature | MoveMembers | FightBook |
|---|---|---|

| Monthly price | 2,490 baht a month on Pro, up to 200 active members, billed per account rather than per location. | 299 baht a month on the home page and 990 baht a month in the terms of service, both as recorded on 10 September 2026.They are the cheaper line either way. |
| Yearly price | Annual billing is published on the pricing page, in baht, next to the monthly figure, so you can do the arithmetic yourself. | 2,990 baht a year on the home page and 9,900 baht a year in the terms of service, as recorded on 10 September 2026.There is also a one-off 499 baht for three months. |
| Top of the range | Max at 4,990 baht a month: no member cap, several locations, the front-desk till, WhatsApp and SMS. | There is no tier above. The yearly plan adds priority support and early access, and the five-trainer ceiling stays. |
| What the price buys | Booking, memberships that renew, packs, payments taken by the software, messaging, reports and a till on the top tier. | Unlimited bookings, up to five trainers, LINE and WhatsApp reminders, branding, private sessions, classes and packages. No money collected, no recurring billing, no till. |
Which one fits the room you actually run
A camp that only takes bookings and a camp that also sells gloves are not buying the same product, and the honest answer changes between them.
FightBook, honestly. That is the room they built it for, the price is lower than ours, there is no contract, and the bookings leave the LINE group on the first day.
MoveMembers. Gloves, wraps, water and a running tab are a till, and there is no till in their product. Nor are there memberships with a reminder before they end.
MoveMembers. Once you sell monthly access alongside class packs, someone has to chase renewals, and chasing renewals from uploaded payment screenshots is a person's whole morning.
Which one fits a camp your size
Either. We are free up to 20 active members and publish what free includes; their free plan has no time limit and does not publish what it leaves out. Ask them before you build on it.
FightBook on price alone: 299 baht a month against 2,490. MoveMembers the moment you need renewals, a till, more than five coaches, or the software to hold the payment.
MoveMembers. Their five-trainer ceiling and the absence of payments taken by the software stop being a saving and start being a second job at this size.
Which should you choose?
Your camp collects money and not just bookings: memberships that renew, packs that run down, a till for gloves and wraps, receipts in Thai. Or you have more than five coaches, or you want the software to hold the payment rather than a screenshot of a transfer. Free up to 20 active members, then one published price.
You run one camp, you have five coaches or fewer, and the only thing broken is that bookings live in a LINE group. At 299 baht a month with no contract, they are cheaper than our Pro tier and they are built for exactly your room. Their DTV visa generator is a genuinely useful tool that nobody else offers, and their LINE handling is the same idea as ours.
What it costs over a year
Take the cheapest honest reading of their offer, 2,990 baht for a year on the home page, and compare it with 2,490 baht a month here once you are past 20 active members. There is no arrangement of those numbers where we come out cheaper on subscription alone, and we are not going to build one. If subscription is the only line in your budget, the decision is already made.
The line that does not appear on either pricing page is the one that decides it: who reconciles the money. With them, a student books, uploads a screenshot of a transfer, and somebody at the camp opens each one, checks the amount, and confirms it. At twenty bookings a week that is a coffee. At a hundred and fifty, with three weeks of drop-ins and a Songkran holiday in the middle, it is a person's morning, every morning, and it is the first thing that gets skipped when the camp is busy.
The second invisible line is renewals. A booking product does not know that a monthly membership lapsed on the fourteenth, so nobody chases it, and the money that leaks that way is rarely small. Neither of these costs shows up on an invoice, which is exactly why a comparison that only reads the price tags gets this decision wrong in both directions: too expensive for a small camp, too cheap for a busy one.
Six questions to put to them in writing
A demonstration answers what the software does. These answer what it will cost you and what happens if you leave, which is the part you cannot undo.
- Which price applies to a new customer, the one on your home page or the one in your terms of service?
- What exactly does the free plan leave out, in a list?
- What happens on the sixth trainer, and is the five-trainer ceiling per plan or per camp?
- Is there any way for the software to take the payment, or does every booking end in a manual check?
- Is my camp's booking page indexable by Google, and on which domain is it served?
- Can I export members, bookings and packages, in what format, and at what price?
What MoveMembers does not do
- We are not the cheapest. Past the free ceiling, their subscription is lower than ours and that is the end of that argument.
- No DTV visa document generator. Their free tool answers a question the traveller is already asking, and we have nothing like it.
- No app in the App Store or on Google Play under your camp's name. Members get a web space they can add to their home screen.
- No public API and no accounting sync. You export a file for your bookkeeper, and webhooks are on the top tier only.
Price is the honest weak point of this comparison, and it is not a rounding difference. A camp with four coaches, a fixed timetable and no shop can run its whole booking life on their product for less than we charge, and the person who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Their LINE handling is the same idea as ours, their PromptPay is listed on the same page as their prices, and their visa tool is better marketing than anything on this site.
What the difference buys, if you accept it, is that the software holds the money instead of the camp holding screenshots: memberships that renew, packs that count down, a QR that carries its own amount, a till for the shop, no ceiling on coaches, and grades tracked for the fighters who are actually training for something. Those are the six lines that move a camp from us to them or back, and none of them is a matter of taste.
Who each product was built for
FightBook says what it is on the front page and in its Thai footer: made for Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. No apps, no setup, run it from your phone, five trainers, share a link, take the payment yourself. That is a coherent product and a coherent price, and the constraint it accepts, not touching the money, is what lets it cost 299 baht. Their directory of camps was empty the day we looked, which tells you the network side is still ahead of them, not behind them.
MoveMembers started in a gym where the bookings were the smallest of the problems. Class packs sold at the counter, a monthly membership that someone had to remember to renew, cash in a drawer, a PromptPay QR taped to the wall with the amount typed in by hand, and a LINE group with four hundred people in it. The product exists to put all of that in one place, which is why it costs more than a booking link and why it is free until the room is worth managing, at 20 active members.
So the choice is not really between two prices. It is between a camp whose money already works and only needs its calendar tidied, and a camp where the calendar is fine and the money is scattered across a drawer, a bank app and a chat thread. The first one should read their pricing page. The second one is why this software was written.

FightBook vs MoveMembers, answered.
Past our free ceiling, for a camp that only wants bookings, yes. Their home page says 299 baht a month, 2,990 baht a year, or 499 baht once for three months, read on 10 September 2026, against 2,490 baht a month for our Pro tier. Below 20 active members we are free and they are free too. The honest summary is that they win on price and we win the moment the software has to hold money.
Because they do. Their home page said 299 baht a month on 10 September 2026, and their terms of service, in force since 21 January 2026, said 990 baht a month and 9,900 baht a year on the same day. We are not going to decide which one is binding, because their own site does not. Ask them in writing which figure applies to a new customer, and keep the answer.
No, and they say so plainly: payment is handled directly with the gym, and they take no percentage of your training fees. The student books, uploads a proof of payment, and someone at the camp confirms it. That is a real design decision and it keeps their price low. It also means the reconciliation is a person's job every day, which is the part we automate.
Five is their published maximum on all three paid plans. We give three staff accounts on the free plan and unlimited accounts on Pro and Max. If your camp has six trainers on the schedule, that single line decides it before price does.
Yes, and this is the row where we are closest. They send reminders on LINE or WhatsApp and let the camp connect its own LINE official account, with the right argument: the camp keeps its contacts. We do the same on every plan, including the free one. If LINE is the only thing you were shopping for, this comparison does not settle anything.
We could not verify it. They give the camp a booking link and a QR code, but their sitemap holds eight addresses and none of them is a camp page, and those eight point at a different domain from the one the site is served on. Our booking address is one permanent page per gym, left indexable on purpose, and it is one of the few things on this page that we can show rather than assert.
It is a free tool on their site that produces the acceptance letter and training contract a foreigner needs for the Thai DTV visa, with a dated guide beside it. It has nothing to do with gym management and everything to do with why a camp would find them: it answers a question the traveller is already typing. We do not have an equivalent, and it is the smartest thing on their site.
Yes, and starting with them is a reasonable way to begin. Export your members, your packages and your schedule, and we map the file with you before you go live. There is no setup fee and no migration fee, and you land on the free plan up to 20 active members, so the move costs nothing until you grow past it.
Start free. Let the software hold the money.
No credit card and no sales call. Bring your camp over in an afternoon, keep LINE and PromptPay, and stop checking transfer screenshots by hand.
