MoveMembers vs FitzHero:
where booking actually starts.

Two products sold in Thailand, in Thai. The difference that decides most of it is not the headline price: it is that their class booking begins on the 3,700 baht tier, and ours is in the free plan.

We sell one of the two products on this page, so read it knowing that. Everything written about FitzHero was read on their own public pages on the date above and is not re-checked automatically; ask them to confirm in writing before you sign. The section further down names the rows where they beat us, because a comparison that wins every line is not a comparison.

The short answer

Which one wins for your gym?

Choose MoveMembers if you want members booking classes from day one, PromptPay at the desk and LINE from your own official account, and you would rather start free up to 20 active members than commit to six months. Choose FitzHero if you are buying door hardware as much as software, or if a supplier with a Thai postal address and a Thai phone number is what closes the decision for you.

By type of gym

Which one fits the room you actually run

A camp, a chain and a studio are not buying the same thing, and the honest answer changes with the room.

Muay Thai camp
By discipline

MoveMembers. The money arrives at the counter, in cash or by PromptPay, the conversation happens on LINE, and half the room is passing through for three weeks. None of that needs a turnstile, and all of it needs a free start.

Chain with turnstiles
By discipline

FitzHero, and it is not close. Gate, face terminal, card reader and visitor management are part of what they sell. We do not have an equivalent and we are not going to pretend a check-in screen is one.

Yoga or pilates studio
By discipline

Either, and the tie breaks on booking. They target studios explicitly, but a studio's whole product is the timetable, and their timetable starts on the 3,700 baht tier while ours is in the free plan.

By size

Which one fits a gym your size

Under 20 members
Free tier

MoveMembers. A room that is still filling up pays nothing here, and pays 1,900 baht a month there without getting a timetable for it.

20 to 200 members
Pro tier

MoveMembers on price and on the two things a Thai gym uses daily, LINE and PromptPay. FitzHero if you are already buying door hardware from them.

Above 200 members
Max tier

The closest line on this page. Their access control and their local presence are real. Ours stays at one published price with several locations included, in Thai, with LINE in every plan.

Which should you choose?

Choose MoveMembers if

You want members booking classes without paying for the tier above, you collect through PromptPay at the desk, you talk to members on LINE from your own official account, and you would rather start free up to 20 active members than sign six months before your first booking.

Choose FitzHero if

You are a chain that wants one supplier for the software and the hardware at the door. Their gate, face terminal, card reader and visitor management are theirs, we have none of it, and a chain that runs turnstiles will not be happy with a check-in screen. They are also a Thai company with a postal address in Pathum Thani and a local mobile number, which is not nothing when something breaks on a Saturday.

The real bill

What it costs over a year

Do the arithmetic on the tier you would actually be on, not on the tier that opens the page. A gym that wants members to book classes online is on their 3,700 baht tier, and monthly plans there carry a six-month minimum, so six times 3,700 is what you agree to before you have decided whether the software suits you. That multiplication is ours, the two figures in it are theirs, and it is the number the comparison articles never write.

On our side the same gym starts at nothing, keeps booking, the member portal, check-in, LINE and payments, and only pays when it crosses 20 active members. From there the bill is 2,490 baht a month up to 200, then 4,990 baht with no member cap and several locations included. There is no tier that unlocks the timetable, because the timetable is not a tier.

Where their arithmetic wins is the day you add hardware. A gate, a badge reader or a face terminal bought from the same supplier as the software is one contract, one integration and one person to call. Priced against buying access control separately and wiring it to a platform that does not speak to it, their bill can be the smaller one. We do not sell that, so we cannot price it, and we will not pretend the comparison is about software alone.

Before you sign

Six questions to put to them in writing

A demonstration answers what the software does. These answer what it will cost you and what happens if you leave, which is the part you cannot undo.

  • Which tier do I need for members to book classes online, and what is the price with the six-month minimum applied?
  • Can members pay by PromptPay inside the product, and is the amount carried in the QR or typed by hand?
  • Is there a LINE integration in the product, or only a LINE account for contacting your sales team?
  • What happens at the end of the six months: does the term renew automatically, and what notice do you need?
  • Can I export members, memberships and attendance, in what format, and at what price?
  • If I add a second location later, what does the quote-only tier cost for a gym my size?
Straight answer

What MoveMembers does not do

  • No door hardware. No gate, no badge reader, no face terminal, no visitor management. If access control is half of what you are buying, they sell it and we do not.
  • No app in the App Store or on Google Play under your gym's name. Members get a web space they can add to their home screen, which is not the same thing.
  • No office you can walk into in Thailand. Support runs on Asian hours, in Thai and in English, but they publish a postal address and a local mobile number and we do not claim one.
  • No public API and no accounting sync. You export a file for your bookkeeper, and webhooks are on the top tier only.

The hardware line is the honest weak point of this comparison. For a fitness centre with a turnstile at the entrance, the door is the product: it is what stops a lapsed membership from training for free, and no amount of good software replaces a lock that reads a card. If that is your building, their answer is better than ours today, and writing anything else would be the kind of claim this page exists to avoid.

What you get instead, if you accept that, is a timetable your members can book from the first day and the first baht, a PromptPay QR that carries its own amount, LINE from the gym's own account, and an interface that a Thai coach and a Burmese coach can both read. Those four are not opinions, and none of them sits behind a tier.

Origins

Who each product was built for

FitzHero reads like a product built for the Thai fitness centre: members, packages, sales, reports, a counter, and hardware at the door, sold as one system by a company with an address in Pathum Thani. Their own list of customers is fitness centres, yoga and pilates studios, boxing gyms, personal trainers and multi-branch chains, and the shape of the tiers follows that: you start with the member file, you add the timetable, you add the trainers.

MoveMembers was built the other way round, in a gym where the timetable was the problem first. Booking, the member portal and check-in are the base, because a room that cannot take a booking has nothing to manage yet. Everything after that, memberships, packs, payments, messaging, is built on top of a schedule that already works, which is why none of it starts on the second tier.

So the question is less which product is better and more which end of the building you are solving. If your problem is who walks through the door and whether their card should open it, start with them. If your problem is a class that is half empty and a LINE group with four hundred people in it, start here, and start free.

FAQ

FitzHero vs MoveMembers, answered.

That is the price of their entry tier, read on their pricing section on 10 September 2026, and it does not include class scheduling or class booking. Those start on the tier above, at 3,700 baht a month. Monthly plans carry a six-month minimum. If what you want is members booking classes online, 3,700 is the number to compare, not 1,900.

We did not find PromptPay, พร้อมเพย์ or any payment QR on either the Thai or the English version of their site on 10 September 2026. That is what we can say. It does not prove the product cannot handle it, and you should ask them directly rather than take a comparison page's word for it. On our side the PromptPay QR is generated with the amount already inside it.

We found LINE only as a sales contact account in their footer, not as a product integration, on 10 September 2026. MoveMembers connects the gym's own LINE official account on every plan, including the free one, so booking confirmations and reminders land in the thread the member already reads and the contacts stay with the gym.

It depends on what the branches need. Multiple locations are included in our top tier at a published price, while theirs sit on a quote-only tier. But if the branches run turnstiles, badge readers or face terminals, FitzHero sells that hardware integration and we do not. A chain that is buying door control as much as software should be talking to them.

Only on ours. MoveMembers is free with no time limit up to 20 active members, with booking, the member portal, check-in, LINE and payments included. FitzHero publishes a thirty-day trial without a card, which is generous, and then a six-month minimum on monthly plans.

In one respect, yes, and we would rather write it than dodge it. They publish a postal address in Pathum Thani and a Thai mobile number, so a manager who wants to phone a supplier in Thai can. Our support runs on Asian hours in Thai and in English, and the software itself is in Thai, but we do not claim an office you could walk into.

Yes. Export your members, your memberships and your schedule, and we map the file with you before you go live. There is no setup fee and no migration fee, and you can land on the free plan and only pay when you grow past 20 active members. Check your notice period first: their monthly plans carry a six-month minimum.

Because that list answers a different question. FitzHero does not compete for the English-language searches that Mindbody owns; it competes for the Thai-language ones, where it is one of the few vendors that shows up at all. It is on this page for the same reason: the comparison a gym in Thailand actually needs is not the comparison an American studio needs.

Start free. Let members book from the first day.

No credit card, no sales call, no six-month minimum. Bring your gym over in an afternoon and keep LINE and PromptPay where your members already are.
