MoveMembers vs Rezerv

MoveMembers vs Rezerv:
they take PromptPay too.

Rezerv shows PromptPay, LINE Pay and GCash on its pricing page and publishes its prices in baht, which is the strongest Thai payment coverage we recorded. The differences that are left are the Thai interface, LINE as a channel, and whether you are billed per account or per location.

The short answer

Which one wins for your venue?

Choose Rezerv if your venue is more than a gym: courts, a spa side, appointments and classes together, or a franchise. Their payment coverage in Thailand is the best of anyone we compared and their feature table is wider than ours. Choose MoveMembers if you run one gym, one camp or one studio, your staff read Thai, you want LINE as a messaging channel and not only as a wallet, and you would rather pay per account than per location. Free up to 20 active members.

Side by side

MoveMembers vs Rezerv, compared

Local payment methods
MoveMembers
A PromptPay QR generated with the amount inside it, cards through your own Stripe account, wallet transfers recorded at the desk.
Rezerv
PromptPay, LINE Pay, GCash, PayNow and GrabPay shown as logos on the pricing page, through Stripe and Fiuu. This is the strongest Thai payment coverage of any vendor on this site.
Prices in baht
MoveMembers
Published in baht, and billed in baht rather than converted from dollars.
Rezerv
Also in baht, with a monthly and annual switch. On this row they are level with us and ahead of every other vendor we compared.
How the bill is counted
MoveMembers
Per account.A second room or a second site does not multiply the subscription on the top tier.
Rezerv
Per location, on every published tier. Two sites means twice the monthly figure.
Thai interface
MoveMembers
Thai plus nine other languages, and the messages and receipts a member receives are translated too.
Rezerv
None found.A sitemap of about 400 addresses holds no Thai page and the footer offers English only.
LINE messaging
MoveMembers
Every plan, through the gym's own official account, so booking confirmations land where the member already reads.
Rezerv
LINE Pay is a payment method, not messaging. We found no LINE messaging integration and their chat widget is WhatsApp, so treat this as unsettled rather than absent.
Free plan
MoveMembers
Free forever, up to 20 active members, with booking, the member portal, check-in, LINE and payments.
Rezerv
None. One month of trial on every tier, which is longer than most.
Breadth
MoveMembers
Classes, one-to-one sessions, memberships, packs, payments, messaging, reports and a front-desk till.
Rezerv
Wider than ours: court booking for padel and pickleball, smart locks, face check-in, equipment rental, a franchise model.Sixty rows of feature table.
Member app
MoveMembers
A web space the member can add to the home screen. No store listing under your gym's name.
Rezerv
A customer app in the stores, and a branded version sold as a paid add-on rather than included.
Public booking page
MoveMembers
One permanent address per gym, left indexable on purpose so the gym is found by name.
Rezerv
A website builder is offered. We could not find the domain those client sites are served on, so we cannot say whether they are indexable.
Entry tier limits
MoveMembers
The free plan is limited by active members, not by staff accounts or by how many timetables you run.
Rezerv
The entry tier allows one owner account, one location, one active schedule without overlap and 300 emails a month.
Pricing

What each one costs, and when we checked

Our prices come from the pricing page you can read right now. Theirs were read on their own public pages on 10 September 2026 and are not re-checked automatically: ask them to confirm in writing before you sign.

Entry price
MoveMembers
Free forever, up to 20 active members, with no time limit and no card.
Rezerv
612 baht a month per location, billed annually, as recorded on 10 September 2026.No free plan, and one month of trial.
What entry buys
MoveMembers
Booking, the member portal, check-in, LINE, payments and three staff accounts.
Rezerv
One owner account, one location, one active schedule without overlap, and 300 emails a month with an add-on available.
The working tier
MoveMembers
Pro at 2,490 baht a month, up to 200 active members, unlimited staff accounts, billed per account.
Rezerv
2,320 baht a month per location, billed annually, as recorded on 10 September 2026, with unlimited staff and unlimited locations.
Top of the range
MoveMembers
Max at 4,990 baht a month: no member cap, several locations, the front-desk till, WhatsApp and SMS.
Rezerv
3,956 baht a month per location, billed annually, then a quote-only Enterprise tier above it.
The multiplier
MoveMembers
One subscription for the account.A second site on Max does not double it.
Rezerv
Every published figure is per location, so two sites is twice the number and three is three times, as written on their pricing page on 10 September 2026.
By type of venue

Which one fits the building you actually run

This is the comparison on this site where the type of venue decides more than the size does.

Padel or pickleball
By venue

Rezerv, with nothing to discuss. Court booking is on their feature table and not on ours, and a court operator with a gym attached should stop reading here.

Gym, camp or studio
By venue

MoveMembers, if your staff and members read Thai. Their interface is English as far as we could see, and a coach who reads English all day is a training cost you pay every month.

Spa plus classes
By venue

Rezerv. Appointments, treatments and classes in one building is what they are built for, and their sixty-row feature table covers the wellness side we do not touch.

By size

Which one fits a gym your size

Under 20 members
Free tier

MoveMembers. A studio still filling its first room pays nothing here, and there is no free plan there, only a month of trial.

20 to 200 members
Pro tier

Count the logins and the timetables first. Their 612 baht entry tier is one owner account and one schedule; past that it is 2,320 baht per location against 2,490 baht for our account.

Above 200 members
Max tier

The honest split. Several branches billed per location favours us; courts, smart locks, face check-in or a franchise model favours them, and no price argument changes that.

Which should you choose?

Choose MoveMembers if

You run a gym or a camp rather than a multi-activity venue, your staff and your members read Thai, you want LINE messaging and not only LINE Pay, and you would rather be billed per account than per location. Free up to 20 active members, then one published price in baht.

Choose Rezerv if

Your venue is more than a gym: padel or pickleball courts, a spa side, appointments and classes in the same building, or several branches you want run as a franchise. Their feature table is genuinely wider than ours, their payment coverage in Thailand is the best we recorded, and a month of trial is longer than almost anyone offers. If courts or smart locks are on your list, we do not have an answer at all.

The real bill

What it costs over a year

Read their column before you read their number. The 612 baht tier allows one owner account, one location and one active schedule without overlap, so a studio with a second instructor who needs a login, or a Saturday timetable that overlaps the weekday one, is already on the tier above, at 2,320 baht a month per location. That is not a criticism of their pricing, it is the arithmetic their own page publishes, and it is the arithmetic most comparison articles skip.

The multiplier is the line that moves the most money over a year. Every published figure of theirs is per location. Ours is per account: Pro at 2,490 baht a month up to 200 active members, Max at 4,990 baht with no member cap and several locations included. One room, the difference is small. Three rooms, the two bills are not the same shape at all, and you should do that sum on your own sites rather than on ours.

What we deliberately do not publish here is their monthly price without an annual commitment. Their page was read in its annual state, and dividing the struck-through totals by twelve would give three plausible numbers that nobody has verified. A comparison page that invents a competitor's price to fill a cell has already lost the argument it was written to win.

Before you sign

Six questions to put to them in writing

A demonstration answers what the software does. These answer what it will cost you and what happens if you leave, which is the part you cannot undo.

  • What is the monthly price without an annual commitment, on each tier, in baht?
  • Are there transaction fees on top of the subscription, and on which payment methods?
  • Is there a Thai interface for staff and for members today, and if not, is one committed?
  • Is there a LINE messaging integration, or is LINE only available as a payment method?
  • On which domain is my customer website served, and is it indexable by search engines?
  • What does the branded member app add-on cost, per month, for a venue my size?
Straight answer

What MoveMembers does not do

  • No court booking. Padel, pickleball and tennis courts are on their feature table and nowhere on ours.
  • No smart lock, no Bluetooth beacon check-in and no facial recognition at the door. They integrate all three and we integrate none.
  • No equipment rental, no house account and no book-now-pay-later balance. If your members run a tab against a stored account, that is theirs, not ours.
  • No branded app in the stores, even as a paid add-on. They sell one; members get a web space from us.

Payment coverage is the row this site usually wins, and against Rezerv it does not. PromptPay, LINE Pay, GCash, PayNow and GrabPay were all on their pricing page the day we read it, in logos, next to prices already in baht. Anyone who tells a Thai gym owner that only one vendor takes PromptPay has either not looked or is hoping the owner will not.

What is left after that is language and channel, and neither is cosmetic. A front desk that reads Thai and Burmese all day works faster than one translating an English screen, and a booking confirmation that arrives in the LINE thread a member already reads gets opened, while an email does not. Those two, plus a bill counted per account instead of per location, are the whole of our case here, and we would rather state three real things than five padded ones.

Origins

Who each product was built for

Rezerv is a Singapore company that sells to venues rather than to gyms. Their own list is classes, appointments, courts, spas, salons and independent practitioners, and the product follows: sixty rows of feature table, smart locks, face check-in, rentals and a franchise model. Billing per location and a shop-window entry tier are the natural consequences of selling to buildings rather than to owners.

MoveMembers was built inside one gym, for the person who unlocks it. That is why the free plan exists at all, why the bill is counted per account, and why LINE and a Thai interface came before anything clever: the room fills up on a chat thread, the money arrives on a QR taped to the wall, and the coach at the desk may read Thai, Burmese or Khmer rather than English. Free up to 20 active members is not a marketing tier, it is the state most gyms are in when they start looking.

So the question is what kind of thing you are running. A venue with courts, treatment rooms and several activity types is a different business from a gym, and it should buy from someone who sells to venues. A gym, a camp or a studio with Thai-speaking staff and members who live on LINE is the room this was written in.

FAQ

Rezerv vs MoveMembers, answered.

Yes, and we would rather say so than hedge. Their pricing page showed PromptPay, LINE Pay, GCash, PayNow and GrabPay as logos in a local payment block on 10 September 2026, with Stripe and Fiuu named as the processors. That is the most serious Thai payment coverage of any vendor compared on this site, and it lands squarely on the argument this site usually leads with.

Two rows, and they are not payment rows. Their interface is English only as far as we could see, with no Thai page in a sitemap of about 400 addresses, so the coach at the desk reads English all day. And their LINE is LINE Pay, a payment method, not a messaging channel, while ours sends booking confirmations and reminders from the gym's own LINE official account on every plan.

It depends entirely on how many locations you have. Their entry tier was 612 baht a month per location billed annually on 10 September 2026, and our Pro tier is 2,490 baht a month for the account, not the location. One small studio that fits inside their entry limits pays less with them. Two rooms, two coaches with their own logins or two overlapping timetables leave that tier, and the next one was 2,320 baht a month per location.

One owner account, one location, one active schedule without overlap, and 300 emails a month with an add-on available, as written on their pricing page on 10 September 2026. It is a shop window rather than a working plan for most gyms: a studio with two instructors who each need a login is already outside it. Read that column before you compare it with anything.

Only on ours. MoveMembers is free with no time limit up to 20 active members, with booking, the member portal, check-in, LINE and payments included. Rezerv gives one month of trial on every tier, which is longer than the seven days most vendors offer, and then a paid plan.

They do, for padel, pickleball and tennis, and we do not, at all. Their feature table also lists Bluetooth beacon check-in, facial recognition check-in, a smart door lock integration, equipment rental and a franchise model, none of which we offer. If your venue is a court operator with a gym attached rather than a gym, they are the better fit and this page will not argue otherwise.

We do not know. They sell a website builder with mobile-friendly templates, but we could not find the domain those client sites are served on, and their sitemap lists no client booking page. Ours is one permanent address per gym, left indexable on purpose, which is a claim we can show rather than assert. Ask them where your page would live before you count on the search traffic.

Yes. Export your members, memberships and schedule, and we map the file with you before you go live. There is no setup fee and no migration fee, and you land on the free plan up to 20 active members. Check what happens to the branded app add-on if you are paying for one, since that is not something we replace.

Start free. Keep the desk in Thai and the thread on LINE.

No credit card and no sales call. One subscription for the account rather than one per location, with PromptPay, booking and the member portal included from the free plan.
