A morning yoga class in Canggu can hold many nationalities and not one monthly member. Sell them what they actually want, a single class or a pack, and keep the balance in one place. Free up to 20 active members.

Does this suit a studio in Bali?
It suits a studio in Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak or Uluwatu that teaches in English to residents and visitors and sells packs and drop-ins at least as often as memberships. It does not suit a desk that needs Bahasa Indonesia screens, or one that wants Instagram messages sent from the software.
What a Bali studio runs into
A room full of people who will be gone in a month needs different products from a room of neighbours.
A monthly plan for someone leaving soon
Many members will not be here next month, so a monthly membership is the wrong product and the studio sells none of the right ones.
Cards, cash and QRIS at the same counter
Visitors tap a card, locals scan a QRIS, and somebody ends up copying both into a spreadsheet at night.
Packs that nobody tracks
A visitor who buys a pack and leaves early leaves a balance nobody follows, and a returning one is asked to prove what is left.
Teachers from everywhere, one schedule
Guest teachers come for a season, and the timetable is rebuilt around them in a chat group.
How MoveMembers fits
Products for short stays, a QRIS that quotes the amount, and cards through an account you own.
Short stays and long stays, both sold
Each is a product you define. A pack counts down as classes are booked, and the balance appears on the member's page.
QRIS, and cards on your own Stripe
List your QRIS among the payment methods. Visitors who prefer a card can pay online through a Stripe account you own, where your business is allowed to open one.
Provisional bookings
One option holds a booking until the money is confirmed, handy when a retreat class sells out. Studios that leave it off see no difference.
Rupiah, cards and cash, kept together
Locals scan, visitors tap and someone pays cash. All of it lands on one profile.
Wallets and transfers, one label each
A bank transfer, GoPay or OVO each get an entry with a name you choose. They are codes and labels you set up, not built-in connections.
You confirm QRIS payments yourself
A static QRIS holds no amount and MoveMembers has no view into your bank, so a person on your team marks each payment received.
No share of a QRIS, wallet or card payment goes to MoveMembers.
Rupiah receipts in your own format
A visitor who leaves the island still has proof of what they paid.
- Type Rp as the symbol and choose whether it goes before or after the amount.
- Numbered, dated and emailed as a PDF.
Proof of payment only.
An English interface for an international room
Plainly: the screens are in English and not in Bahasa Indonesia. That fits a studio taught in English, and does not fit a desk that needs Bahasa on every screen.
- English is the interface language here; Bahasa Indonesia is not available today.
Email, with WhatsApp on Max
Visitors and locals both write to Bali studios on WhatsApp. The software emails reminders and receipts on every plan. Max adds WhatsApp Business and SMS.
- Instagram messages are not connected.
Member data
What the software gives you to look after names, phone numbers, payments and waivers.
- Export your data whenever you like.
- Assign owner, admin, coach or front desk roles, applied by the server and not just by hiding buttons.
- It will not write your privacy notice.
Software, not legal advice. What a studio must do depends on what it collects.
What you get
No module to add later, no per-feature upsell.
- Short-stay passes and long-stay memberships
- QRIS and wallets, each named
- Online cards on your Stripe
- Pack balance on the member's page
Also documented on their own: payments and billing, scheduling and bookings and the member page.
When something else fits better
No tool suits everyone.
You sell only a few retreats a year with a fixed guest list. A spreadsheet and a payment link may be enough.
Not included
Screens in Bahasa Indonesia.
Writing to members on Instagram or Telegram.
Switch or stay
Choose MoveMembers if
Your classes run in English, you sell packs and drop-ins to people passing through, and members pay by QRIS or card.
Stay put if
The desk needs Bahasa Indonesia screens, or a single retreat a year is all you take bookings for.
What it costs
The MoveMembers invoice is in baht on the Southeast Asia price; members pay you in rupiah or by card.
Free up to 20 active members, then 2,490 THB a month for Pro and 4,990 THB for Max.
Prices shown in THB.
Try it first
Create one pack and one drop-in, then sell them through the booking page this week.

Questions from studios here.
Can I sell packs to people who are only here a few weeks?
Yes. A pack, a credit bundle or a single class sits beside memberships as a product, and each sale lands on that person's profile.
Can a visitor pay by card?
Online card payments go through a Stripe account of your own, where your business can open one. Cash and QRIS are recorded at the desk the same way.
Can my team use Bahasa Indonesia screens?
Not today. Screens come in English and other languages, Bahasa Indonesia not yet among them.
Residents, visitors and every kind of pass on one profile.
