Gym software for Yangon, with Burmese screens and the wallet QR your members already use
Picture a Lethwei gym in Bahan or a dance room in Sanchaung: the class list on paper, the payments in a wallet app. MoveMembers puts both on one tablet. Free up to 20 active members.

Does this suit a gym or studio in Yangon?
It suits studios whose members pay by KBZPay, Wave or transfer, whose coaches teach boxing, Lethwei, yoga or dance and need a booking list, and whose desk prefers Burmese. It does not suit one that needs Viber or Messenger messages from the software, or one that cannot pay a subscription in baht.
Where a Yangon studio loses time
The scan happens in a wallet app, the class list lives somewhere else, and the desk is the bridge between the two.
The wallet and the class list never meet
Nothing connects a wallet scan to the class list, so every evening ends with someone checking one against the other.
Rosters on paper
A printed class list is out of date the moment someone drops in, and nobody knows who is really in the room.
Seats promised in a chat message
A booking confirmed on Messenger or Viber before the payment arrives leaves the seat in limbo for hours.
A subscription in a foreign currency
Software billed by international card in another currency can be a hurdle before the first class is ever booked.
What MoveMembers adds
Two wallet codes under their own names, a check-in list that follows the bookings, and seats that wait for the money.
Two wallets, two labels
Each code goes in under the name members know. The payment screen quotes the sum, the payer sends a reference, your desk logs it.
A check-in list that follows the booking
A front desk tablet shows who booked and who has arrived, so the roster is current without a pen.
Provisional seats
Switch on one option and a booking stays provisional until the payment is confirmed. Studios that skip it see nothing change.
Kyat, wallets and cash
Wallet scans, a bank transfer now and then, and cash at the counter, all on one member profile.
A kyat symbol of your choosing
Type Ks, or any symbol you prefer, and amounts and receipts follow.
Confirmed by a person
MoveMembers cannot reach your wallet or bank account, so your desk records each payment by hand.
No cut is taken from wallet payments, transfers or cash.
Receipts in kyat
A numbered receipt ends the discussion about whether a transfer happened.
- Amounts follow the symbol you typed.
- Prefix and footer set once; PDFs by email.
A payment receipt, not a tax invoice.
Burmese at the desk, English where it helps
Coaches and reception can read Burmese all day while a member who prefers English changes their own page only.
- Burmese or English on each person's own screens.
Neither Viber nor Messenger
Many people in Myanmar chat with a studio on Messenger or Viber. The software emails reminders and receipts on every plan. Max adds WhatsApp Business and SMS.
- No link to Viber or Messenger.
Member data
What the software gives you to look after names, phone numbers, payments and waivers.
- Export your data yourself, at any time, without going through support.
- Give people owner, admin, coach or reception roles, enforced by the server rather than hidden buttons.
- It does not compose your privacy notice.
Software, not legal advice. What a studio must do depends on what it collects.
What you get
No module to add later, no per-feature upsell.

Producing tax invoices.

Stay put if
Your members live on Viber and the software must write there, or a paid plan in baht is out of reach.

Prices shown in THB.
Try it first
Add your QR, import the member list and run one class from the check-in list.

Questions from studios here.
Does check-in work on a tablet at the desk?
Yes. A front desk tablet lists who booked and checks them in, so the roster is current when the class starts.
Can I show amounts in kyat?
A studio has one currency symbol; type Ks and the amounts follow.
Can I pay for a paid plan from Myanmar?
Paid plans are charged in baht by card, and cards issued in Myanmar are often refused by international payment networks, which we cannot change. The free plan asks for no card and works fully.
