Gym software for Ho Chi Minh City: one timetable, two languages, payment by bank-app scan
Whether the room is a yoga studio in Thao Dien or a boxing gym in District 1, the day looks alike: a Vietnamese coach, an English-speaking member, a phone held up to a QR. MoveMembers keeps all three on one screen. Free up to 20 active members.

Is this the software for a studio in Ho Chi Minh City?
It is built for the mix you probably have: coaches who think in Vietnamese, part of the clientele reading English, and payments that start with a scan in a banking app. It is not the tool if you expect messages on Zalo, or electronic invoices, to come out of it.
Where a Ho Chi Minh City studio loses an evening
Two languages, several payment apps and one timetable make the desk the place where everything has to be reconciled.
Two languages on one timetable
Coaches write in Vietnamese, foreign members book in English, and the schedule ends up in two versions that drift apart.
Bank app, Zalo and planner never meet
A VietQR payment shows up in one app, a message in another, a class in a third. Matching all three is the desk's job.
Software priced like a US studio
Subscriptions designed around American margins weigh heavily on a single room that charges in đồng.
The Saturday regular who stops coming
In a city this size nobody notices when a member's month quietly lapses, until the takings look thin at the end of it.
How the day changes
Fewer apps open at the desk, and each person reading their own language.
One list for the money
Put your bank account's QR on the payment screen, add MoMo as a second route, and every payment, whatever route it took, is logged under the member it belongs to once someone at the desk ticks it off.
A language for every person
The coach stays in Vietnamese, the member who prefers English opens a page in English, and the receipt they get follows them, not the studio.
Seats that stay put until paid
Turn on the pending-seat option and a booking stays provisional until the transfer is confirmed. Leave it off and nothing in your routine changes.
A scan first, the rest around it
In this city a payment usually starts with a phone and a bank app. MoMo and cash fill in the gaps.
VietQR carries no price, so the screen does
The sum is printed in large type next to your code and the payer simply follows it.
MoMo is a route of its own
It is listed apart from the bank transfer, with its own name and QR. It is a code you add yourself, not a link to MoMo.
MoveMembers takes no commission on any of these payments.
Receipts in đồng
A numbered receipt settles the argument before it starts.
- Numbered, dated, with the member's name and every accent in place.
- Written in đồng, no decimals, dots between the thousands.
Not an electronic invoice.
Vietnamese at the desk, English for members who ask
In a class with both Vietnamese and foreign members, each person can read their own language without splitting the studio in two.
- Vietnamese, English or any of the 15 interface languages, chosen person by person.
Email instead of Zalo
Members here write to a studio on Zalo, and the software does not. Email carries reminders and receipts on every plan. WhatsApp Business and SMS arrive with Max, from accounts you own.
- No Zalo connection exists today.
Member data
What the software gives you to look after names, phone numbers, payments and waivers.
- Export your data whenever you want, without going through support.
- Give each person a role (owner, admin, coach, front desk), enforced on the server and not by hiding a button.
- It does not write your privacy notice for you.
Software, not legal advice. What a studio must do depends on what it collects.
What you get
No module to add later, no per-feature upsell.
- VietQR and MoMo, each named
- A seat that waits for a confirmed transfer
- Reminders in each member's language
- Receipts in đồng
Also documented on their own: payments and billing, scheduling and bookings and the member page.
When something else fits better
No tool suits everyone.
Your studio runs on Zalo conversations and nothing else. The software would sit next to Zalo, not replace it.
Not included
Writing to members on Zalo.
Reading your bank to confirm transfers.
Switch or stay
Choose MoveMembers if
You teach in Vietnamese and English, take payment by scan, and want one place that knows who paid for what.
Stay put if
Zalo is where the studio lives and the software must write there, or the same program has to issue electronic invoices.

Questions from studios here.
Can the timetable be read in two languages?
Each person reads the interface in their own language. The class names you type are yours, so write them the way your members know them.
Can one account cover a second studio in another district?
Max covers up to 3 sites under a single subscription; Free and Pro stay at one location.
Is MoMo connected to my account?
No. You add a MoMo QR and a name yourself, members pay through their own app, and someone at the desk records the payment.
