Invite a studio and earn a cash commission: everything starts from one link, the same for every role.
On this page
Studio manager: your invitation panel#
The gift button Invite a studio at the top of the screen, shown to every role (front desk, coach, manager, owner), opens one panel, the single entry point to the program. It always opens the link of the person who is signed in. On a computer you can also use Invite a studio in the menu of your name. On a phone it is in More, and the gift icon sits at the top of the screen.
Your link and what each side gets#
The panel shows your link, in the form movemembers.com/r/CODE, with a Copy button. Under it, a line of numbers tells you how many studios you invited and how many pay. Open my partner space takes you to your space, which holds the QR code, the ready-made messages and the follow-up of each studio.
What each side gets#
A studio that signs up with your link gets 14 days of Max, then its first month free. You earn a cash commission each time a studio you invited pays: 20% at the start, 25% from 5 paying studios and 30% from 10, for its first 12 paid months. Every person has their own profile, code and earnings; someone who leaves the gym keeps them. A studio cannot be referred by a member of its own team.
If you were invited yourself, the end of the setup and your dashboard thank the person who gave you your first month, once: a card you can close. On the dashboard it has a button to see the plans; plans are chosen from there, so the card at the end of the setup has none. Close it and it stays closed.
When a studio you invited chooses a plan
A studio that signs up with your link starts with 14 days of Max. If it chooses nothing, it goes back to Free when the 14 days end, and its free month keeps waiting.
When it chooses Pro or Max, its first month is free, on a monthly or an annual plan. Nothing is charged that day, and the first payment comes one calendar month after the choice. The days left on the Max trial are not added to it.
On a monthly plan, the first invoice is recorded at 0 with the line 1st month free from your name, and the next payment comes one calendar month later. On an annual plan nothing is charged that day: the year starts one month later, on the day of the first payment, which is the full annual price. A whole free year never exists. After the studio subscribes, Plans & billing and the plan badge keep the free month and the date of the first payment until it is paid.
While the free month waits, the studio sees Referred by, followed by your name, on its dashboard and at the end of the setup. The plans window also says that the first month is free and who referred it.
Path: Settings › Plans & billing.
A studio that signed up without your link can type your code under Referrals, before its first payment. It cannot use its own code.
Create your partner account, or log in
On /partners/join, give your name, email, a password of at least 8 characters and your country, and accept the program rules. Continue with Google does the same in one click, when the button is shown.
On /partners/login, use your email and password, or Continue with Google. A studio manager can also choose Log in with your MoveMembers account.
Seller or partner: your partner space
Create your account at /partners/join, then log in at /partners/login. Your space, at /partners/space, shows your link, your studios and your earnings. You earn a commission on what each studio you bring actually pays: 20% at the start, 25% from 5 paying studios and 30% from 10. The rate is fixed for each studio when it subscribes.
Your partner space, tab by tab
The space has five tabs: Home, Studios, Earnings, Kit and Account. On a phone they sit in a bar at the bottom. The sun or moon button at the top switches the space between light and dark.
Home shows your link and your code, the numbers of your studios and what happened lately. The first time, a Welcome panel explains the three steps and closes with Got it. A seller or partner who has not added bank details also gets a button to add them.
QR code opens a window with one card: a title, one sentence, the QR code, your link and who invited. Download PNG saves exactly that card as an image, A4 poster prints the same text on a dark poster, Share uses the sharing menu of your phone when it has one, and Copy the link copies the link. On a phone the window rises from the bottom of the screen.
You can change your code once, until someone opens your link. The old code keeps redirecting for 90 days.
Studios lists every studio you brought, with a filter by state. A studio shows Name to come until it has signed up with a name. Its state reads Max trial with the end date, Free with its free month unused, Free month, Paying or Ended.
The history on Home tells each step: the studio signed up, its trial ended (a good moment to follow up), it moved to Free, it chose Pro or Max, it paid, and your commission followed. You also get an email when a studio you invited pays, with your commission pending and the date it is confirmed, and another when its trial ends.
The round bubble at the bottom right of your partner space writes to our team. Each message shows Sent with the time, the first one gets an automatic reply, and a real person answers within 12 hours, in the bubble and by email.
In the emails we send you, the key figure sits in a dark card: the amount of your commission, your 6-digit code, the studio and the end of its trial, or the date of its first payment. A short table and a button come right under it.
Kit holds the ready messages: choose the channel (LINE, Email or Post), the language from the menu and who it is written for (Gym owner, Coach or Seller), then Copy the message. It also holds the product guide with your cover page (add your logo and your company name, then download the image or print it), one demo per kind of gym with a line of examples that carries your link, the QR code and a link to bring in another partner. The round support bubble at the bottom right of your space writes to our team: a person answers, usually within 12 hours.
The QR card is dark: a bold title, one sentence with Pro and Max in bold, the QR code on a white plate, your link and who invited. Download PNG saves it at 1080 by 1350 pixels. Your cover page puts your logo on a white plate, shows Presented by with your name and company, and you choose Dark or Light. Product guide with my cover page downloads the cover page and the guide together, ready to hand over as one set.
Account holds your name, your country and the language of the space and of the emails we send you, chosen from a menu: English, French or Thai. The language is saved on your account as soon as you pick it, here or from the menu at the top of the space.
Bring in another partner, in Kit, builds the link for someone who would also become a partner. Pick their language from the menu and the currency of the prices: the link opens the program page ready for them and ends with ?cur= and the currency. It is not the link you send to gyms.
The language menu is the same everywhere: in the partner space, in the product guide, in the header, the footer and the mobile menu of the program page. It shows each language by its own name with its code, adds a search box from 8 languages, scrolls on its own and closes with Escape, a tap outside or a choice.
On the program page, a monthly plan shows what you earn each month in large figures, and the total over its 12 paid months on its own line. You are paid by PromptPay in Thailand and by bank transfer elsewhere, and the main button of the page reads Become a partner. On /partners/join the country list floats above the form, opens upward when there is no room, and starts on your country when we can tell it.
On Home, only the last five events show. See the full history opens the complete list, page by page. The events of one day that repeat are grouped, such as your link opened 4 times, and each one names the studio.
The buttons FR, EN and ไทย at the top of the space change the language of the space and of the emails we send you.
Security, in Account, lets you change your password and turn on two-step sign-in: we then email you a 6-digit code each time you sign in.
The space opens in dark mode; the moon button at the top switches to light and your choice is remembered. If your session ends, the space takes you to the login page with a message, and brings you back to the page you were on once you sign in.
Forgot your password? On the login page, choose Forgot your password?, enter your email, and we send a 6-digit code and a link in the same email, valid for 10 minutes and usable once. Pick a new password: any other signed-in device is signed out. We answer the same way whether or not the email has an account.
When you turn on two-step sign-in, we show you 10 backup codes, only once. Keep them somewhere safe: each works once at sign-in, instead of the email code. Account, Security, New backup codes makes a new set (with your password) and cancels the old ones.
On the partner sign-up page, the three program figures sit beside the form, and program rules is a link to the rules on the program page.
When you create your account, we email a 6-digit code to confirm your address, and you pick your country from a list you can search. With Google, you pick your country right after you sign in.
A link in an email is for one partner. If another account is signed in on that browser, the space says so and offers Switch account.
Statements and bank details
Your space lists a statement for each period, with every commission and its status. Add your bank details in your space to be paid. In Thailand, PromptPay comes first: type your PromptPay number or upload your PromptPay QR code, or choose Bank account instead. Elsewhere, enter your account number or IBAN. Changing them blocks the next payout for 48 hours.
Before your first bank details, turn on two-step sign-in in Account, Security. Then press Validate and enter the 6-digit code we email you in the window that opens: the page confirms with a check mark, the method, your masked number, the holder and the date of your next statement. Your bank details are encrypted and only the payments team sees them, and the change appears in your history.
Two-step sign-in must be on before the bank details form opens, on every device, including when you change details you already saved. If it is off, the page says so and takes you to Account, Security.
